Why do we always have to remind people to have some common courtesy and contact us first with your issue we have contact information on our website and our contact email is sent out with every purchase there is zero excuse for it! This goes the same for download instructions they are provided on the product page prior to purchase and a link to them is included with the purchase.

Sorry for the delay it sometimes takes longer than the guide times to process an order as all orders are processed manually to prevent fraud.
Upgrading old software
Having bought a new computer I wanted to install some old wordprocessing software that I had a lecence for which would no longer activate the package. Having to purchase a newer version of the software I found this site offering the best price for a suitable version which was quickly installed and activated.

First time using Gamers247 and I was quite hesitant as I had never heard of them before so I checked other peoples reviews on here and decided to give them a shot. SCAM Provided a code that was already used
As title stated purchased a game key and was informed by steam that the key is already in use with another account, leading me to believe the codes have been obtained through nefarious methods.
Update rather than sort the issue out they would rather take umbrage with this review :
"That's not how it works nor do we appreciate the slanderous review you just left considering we have been in communication and are trying to sort out the issue."
No solution has been given.
Now I have been accused of blackmail CS is a joke.
Now they want me to provide full screenshots of my steam to prove that I'm not scamming them! I keep posting updates because the complaint keeps growing they have requested I send them a screen shot of my redemption history for arma 3 (the game the gave me a key of someone else has redeemed.) I provided a redemption history of that included the numerical/alphabetical range 1- b including the entire a section where arma 3 would reside and redemption history back to 2015!
You would think this would be enough but I am informed I must provide a full screenshot including my account info to a company who has given me a code someone else has redeemed.
They seem to be more bothered about the review here than the transaction they have messed up.
Update:
They have decided they will not be dealing with me anymore until I provide full screen shots of every game I have and my entire redemption history. Just look at the rest of their replies to negative reviews here its never their fault I know you want to save a little money but there is a reason it is cheap. Avoid this company like the plague.
Update Now I have emailed steam support who confirmed the code has been used (something the customer service had assured was not possible) a year ago but apparently I now need to provide my full transcript regarding this. Honestly exasperated with this attitude.
I would like to state that it is not my ego just the thought that a company should provide working codes, when told that it doesn't work the customer should not be expected to show the burden of proof I really don't feel comfortable sharing full screenshots to someone who has provided a code that has been used elsewhere.
Not everybody is trying to scam people like you are David.

It's difficult to provide an accurate reply at this time as the reviewer keeps changing it. We were only informed of an issue 1 hour ago and instead of providing the evidence that we requested to validate his claim he has decided to post a negative review.
--UPDATE--
When this issue was brought to our attention we emailed the buyer apologising and requested two 'full' screenshots to validate their claim, they sent two cropped screenshots omitting some relevant information. They then left this review slandering our company (which they have edited 8 times to date!) before we could even reply. They refused to send the requested screenshots instead opting to try and engage our support staff in an argument.
Today they sent a partial transcript from Steam stating 'a key' had been used on a previous date but it omits the part of the transcript where it states what the key was. We said as with the previous evidence request that we would be happy to replace or refund once they sent the full transcript showing that it was the key they purchased from us. Again they refused and again they are trying to engage our support staff in an argument.
We will state again that we are more than happy to replace or refund an order when the requested information provided however in this case so far the buyer seems more interested in engaging in an argument to satisfy their ego.

The product was advertised on Google as a download, it was advertised on the product page as a download and it was advertised on the checkout as a download. Yet we get a one-star review despite Jason's own admission by email that it was his mistake. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
