I have had very poor experience with the company.
I have been approached via email by Charlie with a job offer which I was keen on.
After a phone call, a few messages we have arranged for very short notice interview with the company which was meant to be via teams.
I have changed my day's schedule to allow for the interview, waited for a link to join the meeting or any message for that matter but I have had no contact from Charlie nor agency or the company. I tried calling, texting or emailing but with no answer or reply. Eventually managed to get through to another recruiter who informed me that interview was postponed and Charlie will get back to me the next day.
That didn't happen. Nothing heard from the company or the recruitment.

Wasted mine and their time in a very unprofessional manner.

Amazing recruitment company.
While looking for a new career I found a job advert that I really wanted, I wasn't quite qualified for it but none the less I wanted it.
So I rang and asked for the recruiter who's name was on the advert and lucky for me It was Ryan.
He really took the time to understand me and tell me honestly that it won't be easy but let's see if they may entertain speaking to me.
He was always reachable by phone, always rang me with updates and awaly gave the right advise before speaking to the company i wanted to work for.
2 weeks later I've got the job wanted for a great employer.

My experience with future engineering was wonderful. I dealt with a person called Emily Brooks and she helped massively in helping me move forward with my career. She gave me a lot of help with my interviews, showing me the best questions to ask and the best ways to answer certain questions. She gathered as much information as she could before I had to attend meetings with future employers that helped me prepare. When it came to receive my offer she negotiated with the company on my behalf, helping me to come out the other side with the best offer on the table. Even after being employed, she will continue to be a point of contact for any problems I encounter.
