DO NOT TRUST FUSION SCALE TRAINS

They only the business number they have answers with a VM that does not identify the company name.
They never have a real person answer the phone.
You can leave a recording on the voicemail that answers the phone, but they obviously never listened to the voicemail because they never respond or reply through either a call back a text message or an email reference your message that you left.
They never return phone calls. NEVER
They do not return e-mails in a timely manner. 6 days to reply to an urgent business e-mail I sent them.
Requested a return phone call that was urgent regarding an order placed and they have never called me even once. NEVER
They have online advertising that represents a specific model of train car and then when you order it... you find out it's not in stock and they replace it with something else without notifying the buyer.
After placing my large order online with Fusion Scale Trains I was never able to communicate with them until 6 days after I placed the order when the sent me an email finally. I gave them very gentle but straight to point critique about the problems I had encountered during process... only a critique not a request to cancel my order. They replied by cancelling my order without ever asking me if I wanted it canceled. 😡

What a great store for model railroading. They have a great selection, always competitive prices, and top-tier customer service.

They shorted me a can of paint i ordered. Notified immediately and haven't heard a peep back. I should know better than deal with a company where not only do they not answer calls but you can't even leave a message. The silence bothers me far more than the few bucks for the paint.
I was refunded my money so I'll go 4 stars because he ships quickly

Site says UPS ship,receive in 2 days. 3 days later it still hasnt been given to USPS (supposed to be UPS). They dont respond to messages to cancel order. Never again with a fly by night shopify business.

System auto filled my address,tried calling all day. Apparently Nobody knows how the phone works! Will NEVER deal with again!

Contacted via the web form to try and get a faulty product replaced. Received a reply in reasonable time asking me to send photos.
This I did via reply email and heard nothing back. Followed up with another email, heard nothing back. I assumed that my emails were going to spam, so very politely contacted again via the web form (which had elicited a reasonably quick reply the first time). Heard nothing back.
Things sometimes go wrong. What differentiates good companies is how they deal with the issue. Very poor.

Although only a web-shop, I decided to give them a call to customise my order. It was a great experience.
Very knowledgeable about products (both technically and availability wise), really friendly too.
Although the website is very good, I would definitely recommend giving them a call. They’re great (and local to me too!).

I have no complaints with fusion hobbies because Joanne has an excellent understanding of this hobby and is willing to suggest other models you are looking for. I always keep coming back to her because of Joanne’s delivery and she keeps her word and is very understanding about the situation. Joanne is always willing to hold your model you are interested in.

I have never had a problem with fusion hobbies, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are my go to shop for just about everything I need. The only problem I have is with fusions suppliers that cause fusion problems. The owner has literally bent over backwards for me!! !!!To get the bits and pieces I've wanted.5* is not enough I'd give them 10* if I could.

Sold me an item then contacted me later that day to say they had just sold it to someone else instead. I was offered a refund that would supposedly be with me in three days, now over five days later I've been informed that I have to chase the refund up with my bank and take them emails that have been sent to me to prove that it's been refunded. When I looked into me emails that exact same thing happened last time I ordered from here. Don't bother ordering anything as its more hassle than it's worth.

Fusion Hobbies is a prime example of how a business should be ran. I placed a telephone order on Monday morning for a few parts (Sand Viper RC car plus a few bits) and I received it all the next day, no hassles, no delay.. I'm not sure who I spoke to on the phone when I placed the order but she was very polite and didn't rush me.. I don't often leave "good" reviews, but in this case it felt justified. A very happy customer and I look forward to my next order.

Pre-ordered a kit ages ago when Covid was kinda happening and before that boat got jammed up the Suez.
Remembered about the order recently so phoned Fusion to see if I needed to pay yet and was told the kit was actually en-route to them at that time.
Paid up and recieved kit a couple of days later, seriously well packed and kit box was perfect.
Have bought from them a couple of times since this order and received excellent service each time.
Their stock seems to be divided into '1-2 days shipping' or 'pre-order' so, if it's date-critical it might be worth an email or call before ordering, but emails are answered very fast and so's the phone.

Have used Fusion Hobbies on several occasions now and their service and professionalism has been excellent. Highly recommended!

Super god service, har købt for omkring 600 kr hos dem.
God snak med deres kundeservice, havde købt nogle ting men ændrede så mening og ville gerne have fjernet et par ting og langt nogle flere andre oveni. Intet problem, de første varer har jeg modtaget. Mangler nogle ting som er i rest ordre, (det stod der også på hjemmesiden, men Jeg ville gerne have dem alligevel) så de bliver sent senere uden ekstra beregning. Har endvidere bestilt et par ekstra ting, hvor jeg skrev og sprugte om de kunne sende det sammen med det andet som var i rest ordre. Det ville de gerne så det sender de også gratis til mig.
