Arrived on time, very friendly and helpful advice, put everything together,our Avorio swivel dining table looks great, chairs are comfortable. The guys were helpful setting up the position and adjusted to suit my wife’s request. Top team, good lads.

I nearly always buy from Furniture Village, they are helpful, not pushy. Quality furniture as well. Interest free credit is a bonus. Delivery drivers were also friendly and put the furniture together very quickly.

Excellent service. I was notified what time delivery would be and was able to track delivery. Men arrived in good time took mattress upto bedroom. They even offered to wrap old mattress in plastic and bring it downstairs. They were very polite and friendly taking great care not to damage the walls

Great tracking info for the delivery. Polite and very efficient delivery guys. Put the table together and demonstrated the extension mechanism then cleared all the packaging and removed it. Great service.

The order was delivered but not assembled resulting in me having to pay someone else to assemble

Delivery was on time, but having paid for delivery and build service the operatives failed to construct my sideboard fully instead handing me a bag of components and leaving me to complete myself

Just had my sofa delivered by Ethan & Tommy great guys kept me updated on delivery time and arrived as scheduled treated my home with respect very friendly and courteous and gave me some helpful tips on how to look after my new furniture they also took away all the packaging

Ethan and Tommy delivered a dining set to my home, they were very friendly and efficient. They had the dining table and benches set-up and installed within 20 minutes and were very helpful. Thank you!

STE and KAILEB were good ambassadors for the Furniture Village brand in complete contrast to the white van men who delivered for Furniture Village a Saturday previously when my furniture arrived damaged. Which I returned.
This time with the official furniture village employees it was a breeze! They were extremely careful in our home laid a cover out on the floor to erect our gorgeous kitchen counter high table and represented Furniture village perfectly.
They had good humour and were efficient too.
I hope they deliver my other orders too as they did so well.

From beginning to end, our experience with Furniture Village has been exemplary.
Your in-store colleague, Mohamud (spelling may be incorrect) could not have been more professional or helpful. It was an extremely hot day when we visited your Stanley Green store - the air-con was SO welcome and we were offered a choice of hot or cold drinks. The purchase of the mattress was very simple and straightforward - and quite painless. But not for my bank card.
We were kept up-to-date regarding the delivery and your delivery colleagues arrived well within the specified time slot. Two cheerful guys who took the mattress upstairs, unpacked it and placed it on the bed frame - something us two old fogies would have found impossible.
So, all in all, thankyou very much Furniture Village for a great transaction all round. Now all we need to do is to keep our fingers crossed that the mattress lives up to our expectations and the positive recommendations from lots of friends and family.

They came on time 👍 both Ethan and Tommy were very polite made sure I was happy before leaving.Just for the shop guys that take beds down pls keep all fittings in a safe bag to hand over to the guys that deliver.
