Steve made choosing a new mattress very easy for us. He was very knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction even recommending new more appropriate pillows. We spent more than we hoped but feel that we will be glad we did to get the right product.

Very helpful, courteous staff, made to feel welcome but didn’t crowd us or put on any pressure to make a purchase. Good advice given & answered our questions honestly. Offered a free delivery service & take away of packaging.

UPDATE **
The wrong chairs were delivered. Had to chase this up. Still waiting for any confirmation as to when they will be delivering the correct ones! Unfortunately very quick to make a sale but not so much to rectify the mistake.

The products are of excellent quality and competitively priced, and the purchasing experience was smooth and pleasant. My sofa has now been delivered and I’m very happy with it. The delivery of my mattress has also been booked, which has improved the overall experience significantly.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and would happily give a 5-star rating.

I tried ringing to confirm delivery dates. Both times I waited ages on a recorded message eventually giving up. I then had to make a special journey into the store to speak to someone personally.
Regarding the actual delivery, the guys who delinvered our furniture were very friendly and professional

My best buy: Reclining Chair with lumbar support. We were well guided and salesperson knew exactly what i was looking for as I have severe arthritis in my left hip. On delivery it was well assembled. Thank you for my wonderful new buy.

Purchased furniture on 28 December 2025. First attempt at delivery was in April 2026. Delivery team refused to carry furniture up stair case. Stair case average size for London home. Pure laziness I expect. Attempted to resolve the issue by agreeing to pay more for a 'flat pack' version of the furniture + fee for assembly. Flat pack was delivered about a month later. Included wrong colour items and assembly team did not have the equipment or materials to assemble the furniture. Again, had to take another day off for a third visit a few weeks later for correct colour item to be delivered and all items to be assembled. Furniture assembled but with massive and whole in side panel which would have been obvious to the assembly team. Now told that replacement for the wardrobe will be delivered in 2 - 3 weeks.....yet another day stuck at home to hang around in the hope they finally get it right. Don't buy your furniture from here .... I should have gone to John Lewis
