I was undecided today weither to purchase a sofa or not. Your sales person Mark Taylor was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didnt feel under any pressure to buy anything. Ultimately i did come back to the store and made a purchase.

We had a lovely salesman Mark Taylor who was so very patient and knowledgeable. Store was well laid out and customer service was excellent even when we thought about changing the order ended up buying more items.

Good service from Martyn, with the exception of some cushions being left off the order, despite us paying for them.
Angela in the Nottingham store arranged for the cushions to be delivered to the store so we could pick them up. A special thanks to her.

The team who delivered and fitted the sofas were polite and efficient. They kept us informed of their arrival time and tidied up once the sofas were assembled.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Lynn, who was happy to leave us to browse at our leisure. We selected three sofas that we liked & assisted by Lynn we narrowed it down to our final choice. When we had chosen we were very pleasantly surprised with the price which included delivery & a five year care protect warranty.

We went to buy a new mattress. Mark guided us round the different types. He told us to take our time and try each mattress before making a decision. He didn't rush us and he was very informative about the one we decided on. His service was great. Thank you Mark.

My husband and I came in this morning to buy/choose our new sofa. Mark Taylor is a proper gentleman! He could read us well, was able to help us to make the right choice & nothing was too much trouble for him. What an asset to the company he is. He made everything a pleasant experience & we wouldn’t hesitate to go and see him again. Many thanks Mark, don’t change ;)

Really pleased with my new sideboard and the service I received. Mark Taylor, the sales consultant, was extremely helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. He gave me plenty of time and space to browse at my own leisure, so I never felt pressured. Mark was very pleasant and thorough throughout and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable

It was as if I was being given the bed for free, initially he looked soo uninterested, maybe he didn't think I could afford anything. Later, I identified the product I wanted and he just went telling me that I will pay it over 10months, no explantions of the process, and later asked to sign and with very little explanation. Later, when I asked him why he gave me just 10months to pay when I could see that there were other options he answered so curtly, "it depends on how much you are spending". However, I was spending over a £1k. He didn't even explain the 20 year guarantee that comes with most of Furniture Village products but seemed to be so keen to sell me the extended warranty. I used to shop FV a while ago and I never experienced anything like that.It was only when I got home when I saw the 20year guarantee commitment coming up on my screen and that you can choose a even longer payment period when you spend £500 or more, which I had. Hence I just went ahead and cancelled the order for being missold a product, that I probably didn't need

We’ve been looking for the right sofas for nearly two months and finally visited Furniture Village, where Nick helped us
He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy or salesy at all, which was such a refreshing change from some of the other sofa shops we’d visited. He genuinely seemed happy to help and gave us plenty of time to make our decision without any pressure

We finally found the perfect sofas and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Thank you so much, Nick! Would definitely recommend 😊

New Bed
Searching for a new bed can be very daunting, but the staff at Furniture Village made this task simple and easy. Asking us what we wanted from a bed and suggesting different makes and options that would meet our requirements. At no time did we feel we were being rushed or pressured into making a decision. Their knowledge of the products available was outstanding. Certainly a store to visit again.

We have a very good service and they are helpful

Although a little disappointed initially at not being able to get through by phone to the store to answer a query I went in and was, once again, more than happy with the reception and professional interaction, especially with Angela?, the office manager.

Didn’t know what I was looking for until I saw it. Great colour choices. Staff were all friendly and David Sparks was very helpful and patient when I was dithering.

Charlie was a very polite & friendly young man , didn’t hassle me into buying anything, but I did buy a lovely piece of furniture from the shop thanks charlie from sue
