We met a lovely, helpful & friendly member of staff called Jayne who made us feel very welcome indeed. Jayne was such a professional yet down to earth lady and we’re glad to have met her. James O'Neil made the journey great from start to finish.
We actually only came to have a look and we were ready to leave after browsing for 5 minutes but James came over and we managed to find what we wanted and I dont think we would have bought the corner sofa today if it wasnt for him. He is a great example of the perfect customer service and just based on that i would highly recommend your shop to everyone.

Was looking for new dining room chairs and table, there was an excellent selection and Frances was extremely helpful, the table was easy and she was great finding us suitable chairs. Delivery is quicker than anticipated and we would go back if we are looking for any other furniture.

Great range of dining room tables. The salesperson was attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and provided good customer service which made the whole ordering process quick and easy. Coffee & cookies just added to our amazing shopping experience. 👍 I also ordered a stool which is taking 12-13 weeks to arrive. I would have liked it sooner. 👎

Lynne was extremely helpful throughout the process, which started on Friday. Her friendly, knowledgeable and professional attitude helped us make up our minds on the best option for our home. We didn’t feel pressurised into making a decision on the spot and we were confident that Lynne would look after us when we returned today. An excellent member of staff and a credit to Furniture Village.

We bought 2 bar stools and one developed a small split in the material. Received a call back from Kieran in customer care who very polite and efficient, he listened to my issue then ordered a replacement stool, tremendous customer care.
