As always Mark and Colin from furniture village were brilliant. They were courteous, polite and professional. They arrived quickly reminded me of the instructions regarding my new furniture. The delivered very quickly.
Furniture village is our go to for furniture in this instance the new mattress for our original furniture village bed was brilliant. You cannot fault the service from showroom to in this case bedroom they get

The FV team made our purchase journey very simple. While we are still waiting on our sofa, the delivery and installers Colin and Simon were very respectful of our property and managed to get everything done quickly and efficiently. Thanks both, hopefully we will see you when it is our sofa’s turn!!

The fitters Steve and Ben were simply delightful. They arrived with our new bed on time with smiles and so very polite and friendly. Put the bed together with ease and care in our newly carpeted and decorated room. They are a credit to your company as is the lovely Izabela in the showroom and I hope you pass on my thanks.

Alfred and Seth, were both fantastic very efficient, polite and professional. Very careful with delivery and thoroughly checked for any defects. Well done lads should be proud of how you operated!!

The two guys Mark and Colin were very helpful, went about their job with no complaints, were extremely tidy and explained everything fully. If only every delivery person was like these two.

Mark and Colin done a great job delivering and putting together my new sofa today , having to carry it up 2 flights of stairs and was still smiling .

Great service by friendly and helpful men. Floor and feet covered. Quick to put bed together and packaging removed. Full demonstration on how to take trundle out and use.

Having seen a similar sideboard in the store I was reasonably happy to order online. Delivery was quick as it was already available in the warehouse. Communication throughout the process up to delivery was very good. Shaun and Matt cheerfully carried the sideboard to its final location.

We were informed every step of the way with regard to delivery timings.
John and Rich, our delivery guys, were friendly, respectful of our property and assembled our dining table and chairs quickly and left making sure we were happy and took all the packaging with them!
