Our overall experience from start to finish was amazing. Gary helped us in store and helped us choose a sofa, showed us multiple options and put our order through on the day.

We weren’t expecting our sofa until August and it arrived mid July!

Joe and Scott delivered our sofa at 9am and were out of our hair by 9:35. Left the house clean and tidy and took all rubbish too.

We love our sofa, it’s comfy, adjustable and comes with the protection needed for a baby and dog.

Delivery drivers Luke and Rich were great today, very pleased with the service.

Drivers explained everything and how the delivery would proceed, they were very courteous, careful and thoughtful. Removed all packaging and checked items before positioning in location required.

Great delivery guys, Lee and Lewis, who had a much harder job than expected because I had forgotten they were coming! Ended up having to bring my new sofa all the way round to the back of the house, and remained good humoured and chatty. Excellent service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish – and the delivery team were outstanding!

We recently ordered our new sofa from Furniture Village, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the easy ordering process to the updates letting us know exactly when to expect delivery, everything was clear and stress-free.

But the real standouts were the two delivery drivers. They turned up exactly within the time slot we were given, called ahead to let us know they were on their way, and were so polite and friendly from the moment they arrived. Our home has some tight corners and narrow doorways, but they took so much care – they measured up first, worked out the best way to get the sofa inside, and moved it with total skill without bumping anything or marking our walls or floors.

They even took the time to position the sofa exactly where we wanted it in the room, checked we were happy with how it looked, and offered to take away all the packaging to dispose of it properly for us. Nothing was too much trouble, and it made what can be a tricky job feel completely easy.

It’s so rare to get such thoughtful, careful service these days. We’re delighted with our sofa, and we’re extra impressed by how well the delivery was handled. We’d definitely recommend Furniture Village – and a special mention to the delivery team for going above and beyond!
