Great service by friendly knowledgeable delivery people.

Drivers were excellent. Faultless installation.

The delivery driver and his assistant arrived on time and notified me 15 minutes before there arrival, as stated. They were polite and kourteous They unloaded my furniture as instructed they were helpful and very efficient. Brilliant.

Our delivery was on time and James and Dan did a great job putting our chairs together, placing them in our lounge and removing all the packaging. Very pleasant lads, really recommend Furniture Village and their staff.

Delivery was received on time also pleased to receive good advance notice of delivery time. Furniture assembled and positioned as requested. Love my new G Plan furniture couldn't be happier

Rubbish , said would not fit could got get up stairs and left , within 20 mins my son in law came round and we did it ourselves and then we had to build it. Will be discussing with store next week . Very disappointed

Great communication regarding delivery time.
Driver's turned up, happy and cheerful put the sofa together promptly and with care. Took away all of the packaging ran through and checked the electric's. Offered guidance on purchasing an extra chair for the sofa, which we will do.

James and Dan delivered and installed the new sofa with care and friendly efficiency. We are delighted with the service from advice in store right through to delivery.

The guys were very courteous and considerate in our delivery today and took care in bringing the furniture in. Not their fault that the other sofa was not delivered today as expected and no one seems to know where it is.

The experience of buying our new leather 3 piece from start to finish all went smoothly, the salesman David was very informative and helpful the 2 guys Andy and dan who delivered and set our new three piece up were very polite and efficient one let down was we had 2 items missing a footstool and a nest of tables but they assured us they on the way, apart from that great service keep up the good work

After ordering on 10th January in store, I expected a 10 week interim period before delivery. The wardrobe delivery department attempted to contact me on 02/03. I rang them 18 times over the next month trying to confirm a date, I even contacted Furniture Village on 09/03 to help. Unable to speak to anyone I also emailed on 8 different occasions and eventually 07/04 was the date agreed. I arranged for the carpet and bed to delivered consecutively and took the week off. On 06/04 Flat Pack Pros emailed to say their van had broken down and 07/04 was looking very unlikely. They did eventually drop off the wardrobe pieces at 17.45 after I emailed several times. They reluctantly returned on 14/04 after several more phone calls and emails which was a massive inconvenience, as I then had to rearrange the carpet, bed and have someone else here to let them in. The men who delivered and assembled the divan today were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. However the total lack of communication from everyone concerned has left me in a quandary as to whether I would buy from or recommend Furniture Village again.

We were kept informed of delivery time. Richard and Darren were both polite, friendly and helpful. They did a great job getting the sofabed in the door and putting it up. Very pleased with the delivery service.

Delivery and the drivers Andy and Darren were brilliant. Very professional and friendly and even put the items together for me when they saw me struggling to put the items together, which saved me one less big job. So grateful for them, they were amazing!
