I have visited the Furniture Village Enfield store twice and both the times Arafat has been a pleasure to talk to. He has been greatly helpful in choosing two beds and sofa and other furnitures. If there was an option to provide 10 stars for his consultations and services, I would have given 10 stars. Thank you Arafat!

The best customer service I have come across in a long time. Our sales advisor, Raheem Khan, was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire experience. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and gave us honest, helpful advice without ever making us feel pressured. It was clear that he really knows his products and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. To top it all off, he kindly included a free rug, which was such a thoughtful gesture and something you rarely come across nowadays. We left very happy with both the service and our purchase, and would highly recommend asking for Raheem if you visit.

Be careful if you’re considering buying the icon extending table . Looks nice from the top but if you’re sitting down and the table is in view, you will see unsightly screws and metal pieces which aren’t discreet or same colour as the table but instead a bright shiny sliver colour
