Excellent customer service

I visited the Cheltenham store yesterday as I was looking for a new bed.
After a few minutes of looking around I was approached by Ben just asking if I was ok or needed any help and I was happy to have his advice.
I pretty much knew what I wanted but wanted to know what other options I had which he confidently showed me.
Ben was very product knowledgeable and made the whole process simple.
I ordered and paid for my bed there and then and am looking forward to taking delivery in 6 weeks time.
Credit where credit is due Ben is a great sales person, not pushy,helpful with great product knowledge and very nice to deal with.
He also kindly made me a coffee which was a nice gesture.

Brilliant experience when buying a new bed. Our sales assistant Sarah at the Cheltenham branch was truly brilliant, professional and very helpful and did not ‘hound’ us round the store. She was supportive, happy and answered our questions and gave a brilliant service.

From arriving at the Cheltenham store we were welcomed in and given information and advice. Once the decision was made the service and support from Justyna in answering any questions was very professional.
The team delivering our goods, Kyle and Sean were just as efficient and polite.

A good number of sales staff available on the shop floor. They're not pushy but are not far away if you need more information. Our sales person listened to our questions and engaged in conversation rather than giving us sales pitch, and gave us time and space to reach a decision
The order was processed quickly, clearly and efficiently.

Our Sales lady Karen in the Cheltenham branch was great. She was so helpful without being pushy and was very patient with us trying to measure up and decide which pieces of furniture we were going to go with.

I have been waiting for bedroom furniture since 31st May and was told it would be ready by 20th September. In August I was told it would be early October. I still haven’t heard so I checked the tracker and now it says end of October/early November but I haven’t been informed. I rang the store nobody has rung me back. I think customer service is poor.

We recently purchased a Harrison Spinks mattress from Furniture Village in Cheltenham. The service was outstanding from start to finish with an early delivery and the best mattress we have ever slept on. Karen was so helpful, patient and understood our needs. Compared with other stores offering the same expensive mattress this is the service you would expect with such a high end product. The delivery was also excellent.

Justyna at Cheltenham was very helpful and us some useful advice. She did not push us into a sale.

I was so impressed with my experience from start to end. Craig was extremely helpful but not at all pushy – he made it a very relaxed shopping experience. His manager Damien guided us through the purchase process and was really helpful and informative throughout, which I really appreciated. I can’t wait to receive my sofa and would highly recommend Furniture Village.

Experienced salesman in the Cheltenham branch engaged with us on entering the store then left us to browse but appeared whenever we had questions. Very helpful and not at all pushy. Overall it was a very pleasant sofa buying experience.

Charlie was fantastic at helping us with our sofa purchase. He knew every fine detail from the measurements, if the sofa comes in parts, down to the fabric and colour match!☺️🙌🏼
