I am premium subscriber. BUT a lot of the anime still got missing episodes...Overlord has only 3 episodes in season 1, the rest of them missing lol. and Boruto is missing episode 200 and quite a lot more I couldnt be bothered to count. We want AnimeLab back. Funimation is trash.

I signed up for premium and planned on canceling before the free trial ended, but when I would log into my account on the funimation website, it showed as if I wasn't actually subscribed. I thought that maybe I already did it (I get busy with other payments so I thought I canceled). But I've actually been getting charged for MONTHS without knowing and I literally don't have more than one funimation account so it can't be a wrong email issue. Their dubs are mostly the same 10 recycled voice actors, they fired a voice actor for false r*** charges, the website interface is god awful, just watch subs or dubs from literally any other dub company.

I thought the service was free with adds but they only give you a few EPs of each series then you have to pay premium, so it was a waste of the signin up.

Started trying to use funimation as animelab is being grandfathered out in place of funimation. The website is pretty much unusable and extremely hard to navigate. I know it caters more to an English watching audience but even an easy to find option for the simulcasts would be good.

I've tried turning off the mature filter many times and the setting won't save. Different Web browsers, cleared cache. It just won't save.

When browsing most recently released episodes you'll get episodes from animes that came out 50 days ago at the top of the list and then 3 rows down will be one that came out 2 days ago. Doesn't seem to make much sense.

The user interface of the website is incredibly bad.

I've cancelled my animelab subscription that I've had for 5 years(which I planned to carry over to funimation). And don't plan on renewing until the website has been fixed.

It'd be great if you could change the colours and just use animelabs website. Since funimation owns animelab, wouldn't funimation own all the licences involved in animelabs website?

There's plenty more wrong with the website. It's slow, buggy, and hard to navigate.

Feel bad for the developer who made the website. But figured such a big company would have better standards and testing procedures. Hire a development team for the next attempt.

Random episodes of various shows are missing? Overlord has an entire season missing, despite being displayed as being available. You also need a premium account to just WATCH some shows (E.g Overlord). The UI sucks ass, the app (which I had hoped would be better) is worse than their website which I didn't think was possible but here we are. Why did Animelab merge with these imbeciles I have no idea.

Total garbage for user interfaces. From their website to their mobile app, PS4 app, and XBOX app, every user interface they have is horrendous. Terrible controls, constant freezing. The "next episode" button picks a random episode and plays it. Once I went from ep 2 to ep 4, another time I went from ep 3 to ep 7. Too bad they can't learn something from other good streaming sites, even HBO Max's UI on Samsung TV is better (and that one has its own myriad of issues as well). Maybe try to learn something from VRV, Hulu, or Netflix? I get there are copyrights, patents, and certain restrictions, but at least learn something to make a half-decent UI. Makes me glad there is a trial period to my subscription as I am canceling it after I'm done with this episode and am returning to VRV.

App and website was made by monkeys. It’s unusable and with a company this big for them to have not have already fixed the problems is a joke. Anime lab has a great set up and I never had problems with this what a shame they joined. I’m not paying money for a streaming service that won’t let you log in 4 days of the week. Try listening to your customers and fix the site and apps

Anime Lab had the best streaming services, great anime variety. It had a Great, simple and aethetically pleasing layout. With functions that actualy worked.

But Funimation is absolute garbage. To be fair I have only used the website. But there are so mnay problems with it. Not being able to update anyinformation about yourself at all in the account section. Every username being taken. 10 - 15 ads every episode then the video not even playing.

Anime Lab had Japanese versions available for every anime free, and dubbed available for premium witch is understandable. But Funimation had some anime just straight up needing premium even for the Sub. This is probably gonna put me off anime.

Compared to Anime Lab Funimation is absolute Garbage.

The app is an absolute joke. Don't accept debit cards (only credit) and PayPal doesn't work. I've tried several times and different emails even a different PayPal and nothing.. So thanks funimation.. I'll continue to illegally download anime (which saves me 5.99 a month).

Funimation and Animelab merging is the worst thing to ever happen. Firstly Funimation only lets you download 13 episodes. Ontop, downloading episodes in Japanese doesn't seem to include english subtitles so its technically worthless.
Animelab is far far superior; this merge has ruined the amazing customer experience AnimeLab built.

I wish I could rate Funimation 0 stars.

honestly, i thought i would like the account but they dont have a lot of anime that a modern connoseur might like.
That was all fine and dandy... UNIL they changed my billing method. Instead of month to month they decided to make it annually which completely messed with my monthly budget.

thats sketchy guys, please keep an eye on your billing for such things. Based on this event i have lost all faith and trust in funimation.

Constantly video play problems and you'll go days without being able to carry on with the show. Customer service seems non existent! They expect you to pay but put 0 effort into improving their buggy service

This site is absolute BS. Honestly there's like 10 ads in a row, and then it says I can't even watch the show I wanted too. There are some shows you need premium for, and the show I was watching wasn't on of them, yet I still couldn't watch it. Go on a better site. If I could give this site -5 stars i would.

If I could give less stars i would this site is trash, didn't even have the anime i wanted and its just really slow. Terrible

Funimation is in my opinion a great streaming service, it has a lot of great shows, I did have 1 issue with them but it has been resolved very quickly.

Literally the worst Streaming site I’ve ever used, it is a damn shame that there are good shows on it, Because the experience is a living nightmare

Half of the functions do not work in full screen, every time you start an Episode, it always starts on the lowest quality. The auto play actually doesn’t work, and you can’t click next episode in full screen. Often times the subtitles stay on if you’re watching the dub, and you have to turn them off every single episode. Not to mention you can’t hover over any function like settings, or volume. So you have to mute the audio in order to even Adjust the volume. It’s like no one even watched anything on this platform before they released it. Every quality of life Function required for a streaming service, was meticulously upended

Kinda bs that I should have to pay but half way through most shows, they don’t even have dubbed anymore. (I’m talking shows with like 1000 episodes, 600-700 in they just don’t have dubbed. Even from shows from the early 2000’s that they have had almost 2 decades to translate the crap 🤷‍♂️)

I have been cancelled funimation they are still charging my bank account i want to stop paying for something i cancelled how can i get in contact with someone at funimation cause i tryed to use the website on my PlayStation 4 and call the number no one i really want to resolve this matter please please contact me by email no one is answering on the other end Pacific

If I can give them 0 stars I would. This app have no customer support but want us to give pay each month. I have a problem with my account but I’ll just delete my account instead and get crunchy roll

Bro trust me funimations developer are scam u just pay for subscription they dont give damn abt after app doesn't most of the time.if u wanna watch animes get crunchyroll they got more variety than these scammers if u contact them they wont answer back somebody should make case against these scammers
