Bela was great, very happy

Would like to Bela for his great service and help

Fabulous service! Dundee Dave drove over 60miles on a Saturday night to help us! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Thank you for saving our car!

Saved our holiday! We were up and running in 2 hours from our call and Gabe was Lovett boot. Can’t thank him enough.

My dad put diesel in my Mercedes c43 and then drove it 3 miles before realising what had happened. I was really worried about the state of my car as the engine was making noises that did not sound good! I called Fuel Fixer, and within an hour, Ian was with us to work on the car. He reassured me that he could get it working and spent a lot of time in doing so. He explained the process and what he was going to do very clearly and was great to deal with. When I initially called the company, they also clearly explained the price and this didn't vary upon completion. They were very transparent and the service we received was faultless. I hope we never have to use them again but would not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to anyone. Thank you Ian for working on my car!

Fantastic Service, from calling up to seeing an engineer roadside was max. 30minutes - ‘Bela’ the engineer was absolutely brilliant and his customer service was second to none. Thank you

I totally recommend this company if you ever find yourself in a position where you accidentally put petrol in your diesel tank! I called the company in a bit of a panic but was soon reassured that it will be dealt with quickly. The customer service is excellent. I received a call 10 minutes before the technician Bela arrived. He put me at ease, explained it was quite common so not to worry and explained the process fully. To top things off his customer service and communication was exceptional and we had a few laughs along the way. He ensured that I had enough diesel to get to the fuel pump after and even directed me into the space. Thankfully, I was back on the road within approximately one hour. So if you find yourself totally panicking and not sure what to do this is who I would recommend you contact to help you.

Bela arrived in the time slot given, he carried out a flush after I put Adblue into my diesel tank. He carried out the work to a high standard, checking for no contamination in the new diesel, and even followed me to the petrol station to top up and to carry out the last final checks, provided me with all relevant information before going on his way. All in all a 10/10 service.

Andy came today to my place in Northumberland and took on an almost impossible job of getting my ride on mower sorted (at the bottom of my garden!) and brilliantly sorted it.

The drainer Mr CSABA did his job professional and he was able to calm me down because I was so sad and couldn't control my emotions

Bela came and sorted me out with the fuel drainage, came fast and didn’t take too long and was good to chat too

Fantastic service from Fuel Fixer! I accidentally put diesel in my petrol car and was really stressed, but Bela arrived within 30 minutes and was absolutely brilliant. He was friendly, professional and explained everything clearly while fixing the problem quickly and efficiently. He made a stressful situation so much easier and got me back on the road in no time. I’m so grateful for the fast response and excellent service. Highly recommend Fuel Doctor, especially Bela!

After putting petrol in my diesel car I called this company, the guy on the phone was very professional, assured me everything would be fine, Andor (andy) arrives within 30 minutes and gets right into it, he was very funny and professional, sharing stories to lighten my mood really turned me around from being annoyed at myself. Couldn't recommend them enough, thank you for getting me back on the road Andor.

He was very polite, efficient and got the job done well. Would 100% recomend this company

Ricky is a superstar who helped us out after a mix up with petrol into a diesel car and not realising that we could have called much earlier and been on way to Cornwall for our holiday, thanks once again Ricky, your a superstar!!

I rang fuel fixers after putting petroleum in my diesel car and they guy was very helpful and told me what the job entails and a price he was going to send someone out right away but as I didn’t require the car the next day arranged for it to be done then. We arranged for arrival time at 10:00 am Terry arrived just before 10:00 am and cracked on with the job all I can say is excellent job and very friendly staff 👍ps hope it doesn’t happen again but I now who I will call if it does, again thank you very much for you help.

Happy, smiley, empathetic, took time find the air filter and battery terminals on my motorbike after draining and refuelling to turn the engine over. Waited whilst i tested my bike before i paid my £370bill, nothing was too much trouble and a true professional. Would highly recommend
