No response to emails - out of business?
I can only assume they are out of business. No response after several emails to various aliases including their director of lettings directly. They registered my tenants deposit despite the fact I only wanted them to find the tenant - I complained about this at the time. Now, at the end of the tenancy, they are not responding to a request for information on how to return it. I was going to sell the property through them but if they aren't in business anymore then I'll need to look elsewhere.

Amazing Team!
Charlotte & Sarah were absolutely amazing in helping us with our first ever move! They were extremely quick and efficient and were always there to answer any questions. We were in a massive rush to get moved in and they took all our needs onboard. Couldn't recommend both of them enough and Frost Estate Agents as a whole! Since being moved in William and Mery from Property Management have been great with all our queries.

We have been receiving service from Frost partnership for the last 7 years. However since Danielle joined the company our view has completely changed positively – we received very nice & friendly service from Danielle Sprenger She is always hard working, helpful, professional and practical . Before she joined the company, we were mislead by the property management team, who were slow and never taken care of the issues ( even Black mailing that could use anytime the management keys when trying the book time for repair visits etc) but since Danielle has joined the company she has always approved the issues with care and respect the family. We are really grateful for her efforts and positivity throughout what has been a stressful time for us particularly when we decided to vacate the property. I'm also very pleased with the fast and polite communication with Danielle. The Frost partnership should keep her and needs to recognise for her for the hard work who made such a positive impact for the customers. Wonderful service all round from Danielle.
Landlords stay away
Found out the tenants haven’t been paying council tax, called the agent for help. A very aggressive and rude guy was talking over me, blamed me in the situation and told me it was not their job to deal with the situation. Said he’d better speak to my husband! Sexist as well.
And while I was on the phone he told someone else, why is she calling me?
Never been disrespected like that before.
That is not the way to treat customers.
That is Feltham branch.
If I could give them zero stars, I WOULD.

This also applies to Mackenzie Homes management in general as sometimes it’s hard to distinguish the difference between these two companies.
Disgusting and appalling service, especially from Pooja. She is not helpful with any issues that arise during your tenancy. She only reaches out to you when it is beneficial for her.
Firstly, when I first moved into the property the balcony was disgustingly dirty. The building has a massive problem with pigeons and to simply put it, they made a mess everywhere. There was pigeon poop all over my balcony for weeks on end. I was unable to use my balcony for WEEKS after I moved in. Then they finally decided to sort someone to clean it after weeks of me complaining and nagging them about it.
Secondly, the building then had plumbing issues which resulted in waste pouring down in the garage directly onto my car. It took them MONTHS to sort this issue after complaints from tenants. The building STANK of poop for months. The management kept saying they are not responsible for this problem and it’s Thames water’s fault and they kept going back and forth for weeks before finally fixing it.
Lastly, Pooja will continue to harass you even after your tenancy runs out. She shows no empathy towards any issues you might be going through. She is only chasing a commission and if you happen to stand in her way, she will do everything in her power to make you feel bad. She sends unprofessional emails and threatens to inform third parties of your personal situation which is not quite legal. They will try to scam you off your money and make sure that you don’t get your deposit back. They will add some “interest” rates to your rent and will justify it with saying it is in your contract.
Please if you ever decide to rent with them, make sure that you read the tenancy agreement multiple times and understand every single point as they will make things up as they go.
I would not use their services ever again even if they paid me for it.
To conclude, the whole experience was quite literally $hit.

It has been a very good ride since our partnership with The Frost. Very organised and qiuck response when contacted always. Keep up the good work esp Chanel Williams who is always in touch if needs be. Keep it up👏

There is no complaints process
There is no complaints process, awful customer communication or urgency on a maintained property. Sebastian Rodriguez and Sarah Kirk have been unhelpful on an ongoing issue with contradictory statement when contacted, often pushing responsibility on the landlord when the contract is between us and Frost Partnership.
The service levels are unsatisfactory and no issues are resolved.

Real review from a landlord
As a landlord, I highly recommend Frost Partnership, particularly the Slough branch. Frost Partnership have been managing my property at Slough for over 10 years. They have always provided timely communication, clear rental statements & invoices, comprehensive property visit reports, quotes from multiple contractors for price comparison to choose from, high quality contractors and newsletter updates to keep landlords abreast with changes any rules and regulations. Even when I am unable to get to my emails on time, they are always proactive in ensuring that tenants’ health & safety are prioritised and chasing quotes without delays. This gives me confidence of their commitment in providing high quality of service for both tenants and landlords. Having another property in outer London, I have not come across any other management companies that have come close to Frost Partnership level of service. They are my benchmark against all other companies. I initially signed on when the company was known as Hunt & Nash with Lee Henry. The team including Pooja, Deborah, Karen, Ciara, Rae, Arandeep, Sharon, Elaine, Joanne, Julie, Jeremy, Colin, Afzal, Eleanor, Jaskaran, Simon and Harjivan are highly professional and I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work in making everything so seamless and efficient. Having had years of experience as a property renter, as a landlord I try to only use management companies that treats tenants well.

Frost company are really scammers
This company is absolutely annoying. The landlords have already asked for the highest possible price, and this company listed the property at that price, letting it go to the highest bidder, thereby undermining the market for their own benefit. The way they make money is absolutely disgusting.
For instance the landlords ask £1500 per month for 1Bedroom flat and these guys push the viewer to go for offer even more than £1700per month

Well i enquired about a property in Chalfont St Giles £1450 per month for a 2 bedroom Flat in Dean's Way....Quite fitting knowing my name is Dean..... The Estate agents told me it is available and would not let me view it unless my Wages are over £46,000 and i have more than £7000 in savings in the bank? I earn in excess of £58,000 per year. The original figures i quoted were £33,000 take home per annum. She replied that i have to earn over £43,500 per annum to pass referencesnand declined my viewing request.....thats over £90,000 per annum..
. I know thats is too much. No one earns that amount of money.....
Stay clear from them. They might charge you double the rent in error per month!!!
AVOID WHIST POOJA IS THERE!
Was renting a property from frost for just over a year. Spent so much money decorating it as the agency told us it is available for "Long term renting". I stayed within the contact and made sure my house was well kept. I welcomed my first born into the apartment and put so much effort into decorating it for my baby.
Pooja then decided to come and do the half year inventory check and all of a sudden raised so many complaints which were all false. I debunked all her false accusations on email showing our first 2 inventory checks as evidence. She also mentioned about mould being on the wall as our fault when the old tenants and building maintenance man both already mentioned the apartments have mould issues. We had already raised concerns to the agents months before about this and we were completely ignored. Pooja didn't like that I spoke out and so she sent us an eviction letter. We called her to ask why she is evicting us and she rudely said I should want to leave the property anyway due to mould as I have a newborn (Indirectly questioning my care for my child). A few days later she sent us an emailing saying she is 'Glad' to inform us of our eviction date.
This is all clearly discrimination against me and my partner. I can see there are other reviews about her. I hope frost take action and do something about her. She should not be in such a sensitive role as she clearly lacks professionalism and doesn't know how to speak.
Please don't rent from this agency whilst Pooja is working there .I know other people losing their homes because of her too. Although she is just one person she's clearly putting a lot of people in detriment and I would hate for that to be you too.

Frost Partnership in High Wycombe is awful. It took me way too long and a battle to get my deposit which I paid quickly to secure. Poor service from Frost and the landlord. Had I not chased for my money I would not have got it back. Absolutely shocking!
