It is actually embarrassing that the "best" fibre provider in South Africa is so bad at their jobs.
After waiting over 2 weeks after the date that they set to come and install the line, I am now left with genuinely the worst Wi-Fi signal I have ever received. I cant even connect more than 2 devices without losing signal completely.
The fact that they are also completely aware of how useless they are, and still proceed to not actually do anything about it, just shows how little they actually care about giving quality service.

Just useless. No fibre for two days and they just work at a snails pace. Typical South African company. Stay away from them!

A disgustingly bad company that over a period of three months did everything but perform the only service they exist to perform. Hundreds of excuses and self implemented barriers to ensure they don't need to lift a finger to do any work. Hopeless place that urgently needs to cease operations

If Frogfoot allocate CORELINE SOLUTIONS to install your fibre. They aren’t coming. After waiting a month for an appointment with an installer, they simply did not show. Not once, but twice. The allocated queries number is ignored from 09.00 to 18.00.

It's been 2 months and no connection…
It's been 2 months and no connection yet the previous lessee installed the internet. We mived in and now they struggling to help connect us. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If it wasn't for my complex that only has this line, I would request another. They are truly pathetic.

Time to move back to LTE
I ran FFF parallel with a LTE service for almost a year to make sure it was a reliable and faster connection and it proved itself. I then terminated the LTE service and was basically issue free for approximately a further year. The past nine months in have been a living hell! The service is constantly down. The ONT has required replacing as has the router. Unfortunately FFF are the only available fibre connection in my street. They are now simply useless and give the resellers a bad name as well. FFF do not deserve one star. Time to go back to LTE as this 60/60 line is not reliable for full time remote working.

Fibre Outage in Burgundy
Hi. I honestly cannot pay so much money for fibre via Vodacom only to not be able to use it. Every week my fibre is down. Do better frog-foot, you causing Vodacom their customers esp in the Burgundy Area.

Can they improve! Doubt it. More down than up in Sherwood. Whenever I have to work (Remotely) there is always dam problems.
So much for stability for Remote workers in south africa.
Never any warnings so you can plan around the issues.

Since Frogfoot took over Route Networks it has been worst than sh..t - more downtime (nearly down every day). Still pay for internet or fibre connection but can only use it half of the time. Sh..t company!!!!!
Rubbish experience
Worst company you could choose as a network provider,no responses when fibre is down.A long rubbish thread of automated emails that frustrates the living soul out of me!

Poor service and no help.
Don't have any wifi connection for the last 4days have logged complaints and still no one can assist with our fiber line.
Won't recommend them to any users in Heidrand Mossel Bay.
Frogfoot Fibre Provider
Frogfoot must we one of the worst service providers. Our wifi is down at least 6 times a week.
When I send mails they come back to say sorry about the inconvenience, we have an outage in your area.
When I ask when this will be resolved they don't ever get back to us.
I don't recommend them at all.
Unbelievably Bad Service
This must be one of the companies with the worst customer service ever. We have been trying to get fibre in our complex for months. Now that the infrastructure is in, they just cannot get it connected. Rather go with another service provider.
