We saw the rug we wanted in Leekes Llantrisant however they didn’t have the size we wanted. We were advised we could order the size and colour we needed directly from the Frith Rugs website.
Ordering and payment was easy. We then received an email advising delivery day and time and this was updated right up to the actual day making it easy to track. I highly recommend this company!

Super speedy dispatch, excellent product competitively priced, what's not to like?

Ordered a full-size underlay from Frith Rugs, paying a premium expecting one piece. Received two separate pieces with no join, forcing me to join them myself. The small print allows this, but it's misleading given their standard sizes. Extremely overpriced compared to competitors. Very unsatisfactory
