Good evening I have been with fresh start for 5 years and they have help me get my finances back on track. They are always helpful in all matters of debts they put my mind at ease helping me all the way, the staff are really helpful and do what they can for you they explain every step of the way. The last phone call I made I spoke to Jordan who was really helpful with a matter I call about and within minutes the issue was resolved. I am now debt free and able to get my life back on track. I am very happy with the way Fresh start handled my IVA. They were very informative of my options and always kept me informed of my options

I got myself into a bit of debt which caused a lot of stress. I would panic id the phone or door would ring. So, I contacted Fresh Start, they were non-judgemental and were really helpful. They took away the stress of contacting creditors and dealing with payment plans. Through my 5 year experience the service they gave was outstanding and communication with monthly updates on my portal was fantastic.
