Amazing service at tremendous speed.

I will fully admit that I was an extremely demanding customer, needing a fitted suit for a wedding about three hours after I walked into the store. But, despite me being in chaos, Zee, who helped me, was brilliant.

He sized me up perfectly without measuring me, was unflappable even though I needed everything done in no time, and was perfectly mannered and helpful throughout. Above all, he and the tailors did the impossible, and I had a fitted suit in two hours. Zee is the epitome of great customer service. He deserves more praise than I can give. I will definitely go back; he's made a customer for life.

I was looking for a graduation suit and decided to go around all the shops in Westfield. For similar prices I found few suits, yet neither of them were of the same quality as the suit found here. Not to mention the customer service was lacking in every other store. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Greta, she helped me pick a suit and tailored it to give me the best impression of how the suit will look on me. Will definitely come here again.

Bought a suit and shirt and everything else to go with it from Stratford City last Sunday late afternoon and paid cash.

After coming home, I decided I didn't want that suit as there was a change in the event I was buying for, so needed a change and needed it earlier. So, the next morning, as soon as it opened, I called the store and went and visited them to stop it being sent for alterations.

Turns out that my purchase wasn't on their system, and I wasn't given a proper receipt. Even the receipt that I was given, the original copy of the receipt wasn't in the store books. So the guy couldn't locate the suit or change it for another one. I had to come back to the store again and see the guy who sold me the suit. He said he'll give a refund but is now messing me about.

can't contact customer service or the store manager, wasting my time visiting the store as no one else will help or tell me what the complaint procedure is.

I purchased a suit from Frencheye’s Bond Street store for my wedding.

As the suit needed alterations after my initial visit I returned two more times. Each time something had either been missed or altered incorrectly.

After another last minute alteration and finally taking the suit home whatever the tailor had done has caused the collar of the jacket to raise up off my neck.

Needless to say their tailor is absolute rubbish. I’ve now had to take the suit to a professional seamstress and pay for it to be altered correctly.

The staff in store are friendly and their customer service is good, but I am extremely unhappy with the quality of the suit I purchased especially given how much it cost.

I would not recommend Frencheye nor will I be returning to any of their stores.

stratford city worst store- disgusting attitude by male staff member. manager did not want to intervene when his staff spoke to us in the rudest manner ever. do not go here ever. there are better suit companies out there with better service

I recently purchased a suit for my brothers prom from this store in Westfield Shepherds Bush, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The employees were super helpful in picking out the perfect suit, especially the employee Greta, which she really nailed it. She was able to help me a lot and you can really tell she knew what she was doing by picking out the best suits out and giving me multiple suits to pick from. My brother absolutely loved it his suit and he got so many compliments on his suit. The quality of the suit was top-notch, and I've decided that any future suit purchases will definitely be made here. The service was again fantastic; they went above and beyond to assist us, and were able to tailor the suit, adjusting it to the perfect fit. If you're looking to buy a suit, I highly recommend checking this place out. You won't be disappointed!

Great service from seller Zee, in store in Stratford. Helped pick up a suit for my son at Prom. This is a responsible event and seller Zee has made every effort and creativity to make the time of choosing a suit pleasant. He fitted the suit perfectly to my son's figure. We are 100% satisfied

Bad Customer Service, stay clear of the white city branch! Bunch of market sales men trying to rip you off. Was given one price for a suit and then when I went to purchase the suit it magically jumped to £100 more than its original price. I was told I was give the incorrect price eventhough it was £100 less online. Guys in the store are rude and just think people are stupid.

Awful customer service. After being given a shirt in the packaging at the till for my wedding and being assured by the store assistant that it was the correct style and size for what I had tried on, only to drive three hours home and discover it was incorrect. I then tried to organise a refund and was told this wasn’t possible and was given a credit note. I’m disgusted as this was for my wedding and at the fault of the store. If they had given me the correct shirt in the first place we wouldn’t be in this situation. Poor. Poor. Poor.

Obaid was amazing in store He went above and beyond with the service, gave me advice on my thoughts regarding my clothing went out of his way to make sure I got the best service and got the suit fit possible. I would recommend anyone to via or Frencheye in Oxford Circus and ask for Obaid, the best of the best, I’ll be recommending to my friends and family.

Very low quality suits, I’ve only worn the suit for a month and the cloth is already showing lint which is just awful.

You can buy a suit from the cheapest brand and it still doesn’t deteriorate like that.

Had an amazing experience in the White City store. Went here in a rush for my wedding suit. Looked after by Artur who recommended me the perfect suit. Had the alterations done and picked it up 3 days later. Everything came out great and very reasonably priced.
