I sent out an e-mail Aug.08, 2019 regarding order #1786851. I was suppose to receive an e-mail regarding when the parcel was shipped, and as of yet have not received one. The estimated package delivery date was set for the 12-Aug-2019. I received no package.

Please clarify as to what is going on with my order. This is my third inquiry about it without a response. I do not want to have to report this to the BBB, or even to my bank, but If I have no item, and I am not receiving an item I would like my money back one way or another. I have already been charged for the product (check my account, and the fees were taken out of it.) This is not a threat, just an inquiry. I have read reviews, and the site seems pretty legit; mostly favourable, however, there are a few reviews from reviewers with the same problem.

Please address. I would like the item, but for some reason if the item is out of stock, or got lost in shipment, I would just prefer my money back.

Your attention to this is important.

I like the company. People there seem to really understand customer service. But the product, in my case a cycling jacket, seems to have deteriorated over the years. The original one I bought several years ago and it was getting a bit tattered. I really liked it so bought another. The new one just doesn’t seem quite as good. Zippers especially.

Got exactly what I wanted in a timely matter, accurate shipping date estimates, good prices, shipping was less than I expected. They also included a stellar sheet of stickers! The order tracking site they use kind of sucks as it didn’t update where my order was, but I didn’t mind at all, and it doesn’t change my opinion on them.
