Franchise Direct have very ppor lead conversions
I don't recommend Franchise Direct as a lead generation company. Their leads are very, very poor. We have not converted one lead from Franchise Direct. Out of the leads we received from Franchise Direct, 95% are not contactable. They appear to be dead-ends or fake leads. When we requested a refund, they said their leads were valid and refused a refund. After we looked more in-depth at their so-called leads, they claimed that we spoke to a male who said he was interested in our franchise, and that we told him it was not available. We know this not to be true, as our franchises are all run by females and we have never spoken to a male. Their refund policy states, “As a part of our lead credit review, we make both a phone call and send an email to verify that valid details have been provided. If both a non-working email and non-working email address have been provided, a lead credit will be provided”. This is useless for us if the leads never answer or respond to us, even after repeated attempts. It seems any validation by the customer is not important to them. Their leads are either very poor or fake. We have not converted one single lead from Franchise Direct and wasted our money and they refuse to give us a refund for these useless leads. Don't waste your money as their lead quality is very poor. We know it's not our offering because we've converted numerous leads from Facebook ads and continue to do so every week for a fraction of the cost. We've been following up on their so-called leads for several weeks, but after repeated attempts to call them, their leads either don't answer the phone or hang up, it just feels like a total waste of time and money. Very disappointed with their service, I would not recommend Franchise Direct for lead generation.
