My money shrunk after investing in this company's porfolios. I've tried to take out the remaining amount out but this company has made it contractually impossible for me to do so. I've contacted the brokers to see if I can transfer out my money into a pension pot but have simply not heard back from them at all.

I applied for an online account but received no news from you for several months

I only see Friends as a platform provider, so not much expectation.....and actually not much service was received.

Service is fine

The communication process for access to my fund is complex and difficult to navigate.

Over the years I received zero service from them. My fund portfolio was HK$2.5M. It is the worse investment decision I've made.

I have had very little interation with FP over the years.

'Needed to call their customer services this week and they did an excellent job.

Their online experience isn't worthwhile. I'll stick with the phone.

I am still waiting to hear what happened to Student Accommodation.

Performance significantly subpar and tge experience of trying to get your money out is like having all your teeth pulled out.

Although I may not be the most ideal investor, I would expect same performance as bigger ones. Since my investement started I never got a positive balance.
When asking why it’s not getting better with a booming economy I don’t get any reasonable replies.
Quite dissappointing.

I am very disappointed with FP and their agents. feedback is poor, costs are huge and my investment is not doing well at all.

Change of address is always painful but in this case the on line options are great and allow for a quick and painless process! Thanks!

I already surrendered the Policy for a business opportunity, during this process I had full access to the online services... it was amazing! and by email fluente communication.

I am having a Kafkaesque experience. All I want to do is draw a small amount of money out of this small investment.
It seems that FPInternational has had its day.
I tried to change my password - totally impossible - error, error, error. User name wrong, yet it is my email address which came up on your website as my user name. I only gave you a star because I spoke to a helpful lady called Marie, a week or more ago, have not made any progress at all since then. And this is not even going to go unless I join Trustpilot?More time wasted.

These products are a complete scam. They use cutthroat sales people to push their products, who are paid a whopping commission up front. No incentive to provide future service and you just end up loosing money. Then you can't touch your money out for years without forfeiting a huge chunk of it. These products should be illegal as they just scam you out of your hard earned money. AVOID like the plague!!!

I set up a plan in 2016 and since moved country. Since it has been impossible to resolve any of the issues I have had about my FP plan despite numerous attempts to resolve these on my part. If the cancellation penalty wasn't so high, I would close the account immediately, it is so frustrating. I would not recommend FP to anyone.

The site is pretty useless for me and I have since making an initial placement with FPI moved to platforms giving me actual control of my investments.

There are many other ways to do better investments.
I am having a very bad experience with FP and its agents.

I have always found Friends Provident Int. to be a very professional and efficient company. Yes, I would recommend the firm to friends.
