Cheap and fast delivery, very good shop!

I have ordered products from Foto-tip at two separate occasions. I usually prefer to make purchases in a local physical store, or at least in a domestic web shop, but their prices were more than 30 percent below what I could find in Sweden, including shipment, so I took a chance. And I'm very happy. Shipments from Poland to Sweden took two or three days. Also had some mail conversation which was swift and to the point.

I purchased a tripod back in jan 2012. It broke in the winter of 2012 and they made me ship it to them on Feb 2013. Now it's Jun 2014 and no refund or tripod. I called them once and they said they are sorry and will ship my tripod. That was 6 months ago. Their web site contact button does not work.

What I ordered has always been on time and in good condition. That however is not nearly enough.

Bought a tripod directly in the webshop. Good communication from seller and swift shipment. I'll definitely have a look at Foto-tip next time I need anything.

3 months ago i bought 1708€ in products from them (Samyang TS 24mm f3.5 + quantuum leadpower lp-750) and they sent me 2 different products of a total of 145€ (quantuum bag + Samyang 500mm f8).
Obviously i immediately contacted them telling the huge mistake they made, but they replied that my package was sent to another buyer so they couldn't offer me any solution. What!!!?????
End of story i paid 1708€ and got 145€ of products, no refunds nor i never got my products.
Sure you will find that some of their prices are attractive, but trust me it does not worth the risk of being scammed by them.

I have bought the tripod on ebay from FOTO-TIP.
When the parcel have arrived I have noted that the tripod box was open before. Further investigation revealed that the tripod is most probably ex-display. The bag was missing one of the zipper and the shoulder strap was not included.
I have contacted foto-tip on ebay informing about the problem. And that I want to return the item and that I expect refund for return shipping because the situation is purely their fault. They have agreed initially. I have inform them that the return shipping will cost £47 (tripod was £57) and it might be good idea if they will refund £20 because the item is not new as stated on listing. After that communication on ebay stopped. Eventually I had to close the case on ebay.
As the result I've got second hand tripod for price of new... !!!

AVOID FOT-TIP from Krakow

I could say a lot of good things about this web shop.
But “Thank You fore a good deal”, should say it all.

I've found a batterypack, a lens hood and a macro lens set for my camera at their online shop, which I ordered without any futher thinking.
Two days later I got a mail from the owner of the shop telling me that he had recieved a payment from me, but he had not got any order from me. I told him what I'd ordered and he packed it manually for me and shipped it the next day to me. I got the package to days later (from Polan to Denmark) which is quiet fast.

Bestilte jeg d. 4/7 et hoya polfilter og et NDx8 Filter, og sammenlignet med de priser, jeg har set i danmark, sparede jeg omkring 200-300 kr.
Jeg kom af med 38 euro (incl. fragt), hvilket er omkring de 280 kr.
Det hele gik egentligt som "smurt", og forsendelsen var også overraskende hurtig (2 dage fra at ordren var sendt):
