The engineer was extremely pleasant and helpful.

2 extremely courteous, efficient and helpful young men came and sorted out our issue of a water tank polluted by a wasps nest right above it. (The nest had been neutralised before they got to us!)

The job was a long 4 days for them but they were happy to answer any questions I had, and explained every aspect of the job to me . They were funny and made the whole job less stressful for me
