Great customer service
When I had an issue with payment on the website I gave up. Then I got a phone call from Russell in sales and he gave great product advice as I had not allowed enough underlay or glue and sent me a proforma so I could pay by bank transfer.
A few days later Danielle rang and arranged the delivery, very fast and efficient.

Arrived on time
Arrived on time, product as described and seems to be of excellent quality, installation was pretty straightforward.
I can't comment on longevity as I've just installed the floor but I have zero criticism of the product or service at this time

This company should be avoided
This company should be avoided. I ordered one pack of flooring. Shipping came up at £85 for a sub-£50 package. This seemed to be an error so I went onto chat to query it. I was told it was £85 due to the fact that even one box had to be shipped on a full pallet. The guy on chat then offered to put a price together and quoted £180 for shipping! He did not expIain that the online shipping price of £85 was an error. I'm not surprised! I naturally thought such craziness was a mistake and told him so. The chat ended. I was a little over a barrel on needing the flooring so reluctantly placed the order online with the online quoted £85 shipping, and the order was accepted and paid for. An hour later I received a call saying I needed to pay a further £95 shipping as that was the price quoted on chat, and was the minimum shipping price they could offer. When I called back and asked to speak to the owner his attitude was argumentative and insistent that because his chat agent quoted £180, that's what it was. 'Take it or leave it' in his words. No attempt to listen to the fact their online system must be wrong. Simply didn't care. Luckily I found another supplier who charged £45 for shipment. Delivery made perfectly. I have since read reviews and see I am not the only one getting a post-order call asking for an extra £95 on top of an already ridiculous £85 for a one-box shipment. Order at your peril! Or do what I did and find another supplier that is reasonable, sensible and not owned by a rude man with no customer consideration.

The initial price shown online reflects a standard rate, but in some cases additional charges are required depending on the specifics of the order and location.
This was explained during your interaction with our team, and you were given the option to proceed or cancel. We appreciate your comments, though our pricing reflects the costs set by our delivery partners.

Purchased 50m2 of flooring and was…
Purchased 50m2 of flooring and was happy with the product.
Ordered 10% over to allow for wastage and had 3-4 metres left. Decided it would work well in a small utility room and wanted to order 2-3 more packs to complete this additional project. They expected, and would only sell me the remaining 11 they had in stock as a job lot, they wouldn’t sell me the three packs I needed. Poor customer service and zero value for prospective returning customer, certainly won’t be purchasing from them ever again

Thanks for your review. As this product was an end-of-line item, there were only 11 packs left in stock. Selling just a few packs would have left an amount that wouldn’t be enough for another customer to complete a room, which unfortunately makes the remaining packs very difficult to sell. For that reason, the final stock had to be sold together as a single lot.

She arranged a faster delivery by dispatching the first available batch of flooring immediately and then sending the remaining items afterwards. Her communication was quick and clear, and she was always polite and professional. Frankly - excellent as always. Within 10 minutes of placing the order Danielle gave me a call to confirm everything. By the end of the call, it was confirmed that the stock was correct and the delivery time and day was finalised. Moments after the call, I received an email confirming all. 5 stars all the way.

So I was pleasantly surprised when I received a follow-up call from Danielle, to run through my requirements and make sure everything was understood and OK.
