I have used this company to order Cormar carpet on three different occasions, they were very helpful on the phone and delivered without any problems. We saved hundreds by not going to a carpet shop. I’m about to order a fourth time. I personally would recommend them :)

They couldn’t fulfil my order from the manufacturer. Said they had emailed me, I didn’t receive one. I asked for a refund as they didn’t give me one or say one was coming, no reply. I put in a PayPal claim that I won. What sort of company makes you do a full PayPal claim (not just dispute, the formal claim), just to get back money for an order they have admitted they can’t fulfil a month before.

Had a couple cuts of cormar delivered as have had cormar products before and was over the moon. Was not disappointed second time around and the quality is just as expected (nothing to do with this supplier I know) great service and the driver was happy to unload and place in my garage for me to help with the 2m rule!

Love my underlay that I had last week. 3rd party driver was very covid 19 safe which I appreciate as I am having to self isolate at the minute and rely on online orders. Saved a fortune too! Is my 2nd order and will be placing a 3rd.

Update 2 - DO NOT BUY unless your are a business. They have just emailed me to tell me that distance selling rules do not apply to them as they are a business to business website. They do not make this clear and there must be something in very, very small print somewhere but be warned they use this as an opt out of all pretence at customer care. You are not a customer to them at all is the view. Update. They now claim to have offered to send a replacement. They didn't. Yes the driver put it where he had been asked but he did not then ask for a signature or give me a chance to inspect the goods. In fact the last information I had was from someone on the phone who said they were going to investigate with the courier and get back to me. I am still waiting. I can take a photo of the brand on the underlay. It is not pure attraction. Or Heavenly which was what I ordered. If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. They are the worst I have ever dealt with. Ordered 4 rolls of underlay. It arrived damaged. I did not sign for it and had asked the delivery man to put it outside the garage. Got my shoes and coat on to go and sign and he had already left. Three out of four of the rolls had rips in the packaging. One roll of underlay actually ripped and one covered in mud. The response I got was along the lines of it's only underlay so it should be OK. They then said it was my fault for not checking it before the driver left - not sure how I could when it was still in the van when he came to the door and then he had gone by the time I went outside. 4 email and 2 phonecalls later I gave up. Opened a paypal dispute and their response is that I have to pay to send it back and then they will issue a refund! How am I meant to post 4 massive rolls of underlay never mind the fact they are in breach of distance selling regs since if the goods are damaged they should pay to get them back not me. In addition to all this I bought a particular brand and when I looked at the actualy name on the underlay today it is totally different! Aparently this company has numberous online identities but they are all the same people. Avoid them like the plague they are awful. Reporting them to trading standards.

Lovely bit of Manx Tomkinson delivered a few weeks ago, is my 3rd cut I have had from these guys and they never disappoint. Just the 2 rooms left to go and will be using them again

I tried this company as I had just had a bad experience with one of their main competitors, who after telling me that I qualified for free delivery because of the size of my order that they tried to charge me another £140 for delivery . The difference with Floor-Site was a revelation. Their customer service could not have been more helpful. Apart from a terrific price, delivery was very reasonably priced since I stay nearly 600 miles from them. They even arranged for delivery on a specific day. I would highly recommend them

Great products and service by this company.

Thought I'd try them out as they were local to me and I did not regret it! The Cormar carpet I purchased was outstanding and the heavenly carpet underlay I bought really finished it off.

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The 'customer service' team do not take calls, you have to email (although I believe the people answering the phone are the customer service team!) I had a complaint about my delivery and after contacting the courier Floor-site provided a response which was full of incorrect statements, but that was the end of it as far as they were concerned, case closed. They would not let me explain my situation or try to see it from my point of view. As my contract was with Floor-site, not the courier company I could not do anymore. They were extremely rude to me both via telephone and on email and highlighted in an email that my order was only a small order! I was extremely upset by the way this company treated me and it was completely unnecessary. I would not recommend this company at all, for a small discount it really is not worth the stress and hassle.

This company did not delivery the order - no free underlay this meant carpet fitter could not complete job without buying additional.
This was a large order 2 large carpets grippers for two rooms and I purchase 1 room of underlay. The order came in two deliveries 1 at 9am and 1 at 4:40pm which inconveniced me all day. Their response when I asked for some form of compensation (I.e a refund on underlay purchased) was NO and that they really don’t care about reviews online or social media as they quote “ have survived just fine over the last 30 years without good reviews”
Does this mean they have been providing bad service for 30 years? Also 30 years ago social media did not exist...perhaps a course in 21st century business and customer service might help?

Please do not use this company. Floor Site/Underlay Express. Their customer service staff at their Saltash base are thoroughly rude and aggressive if you have a problem. I received an item badly packaged that seemed damp. I asked for a refund and the abusive appalling customer service was beyond anything I have ever known. You will regret buying from this company if you do. Steer well clear and go somewhere else. Do not give them your money. Further to the reply below, do not believe it!!! The email exchanges I have in my possession would show otherwise. Telling customers to buy more expensive items if they are not happy and that their customers are not as lovely as the lovely people that work for their organisation!!! Surely no way to deal with customer dissatisfaction. This company does not seem to understand the concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

i used the site last year to purchase carpets for two floors; 5 rooms and a stairway. I admit to phoning for assistance and could not have been happier with the help and advice that i received from Pete. the samples came, no trouble, the carpet arrived on time and in great order and i saved 30% from buying from my local carpet shop.
Excellent service and a great experience, and am about to use again for living room carpet.

We bought a carpet from here for our bedroom. Prices were much better than we found locally, and saved us about £150 on the raw materials.

However, the payment system is pretty clunky and the site itself is so basic that it really doesn't look like a legitimate company, although it is. It really needs overhauling and bringing into the 21st century. It also only states it's actually a B2B site in the T&Cs which feels like something that should be made clear on the front page.

There was no communication regarding delivery once we'd paid and I had to ring the company to find out when it was being delivered. Once I spoke to a person, they were actually very helpful. Unfortunately the delivery company they use, Breakwells, would only deliver to our postcode on selected days which is pretty inconvenient when most other companies are much more flexible about delivery. The delivery driver also wouldn't bring the carpet upstairs, so we had to haul that up ourselves.

Overall, it was cheaper than going with a carpet shop, but parts of the process left something so be desired.
