Great work on custom cabinets
The 2 cabinets I ordered from Floativa were completely custom, and required a lot of discussions about details. Anna was my contact for customer support, and she provided accurate information about materials, hardware and finished dimensions. After I made several updates to my design request, I was provided with a finished drawing that showed all the changes, and a price quote. Before the cabinets were shipped, they were assembled, and I was sent photos of them in the finished state. Anna kept in contact and notified me when the order was shipped. The final delivery was via FedEx, and the 2 cabinets were very well packed and undamaged. Assembly was straightforward, and I was very happy with the whole experience. I was very impressed with Anna’s help in answering all my questions and never missing a detail.

Great desk for small space
I did a lot of research looking for a folding wall desk for our guest bedroom. We don't have enough room for a traditional desk but occasionally our guests need to do a bit of working remotely and need a small desk to set their laptop on. I saw many options online for a plain rectangular box on the wall that simply has a fold down desk, but since it would spend most of time in the folded up position I didn't like the look of those. That's why I like the Floativa folding desk with shelves so much. Even when the desk isn't being used, there's a lot of small shelves and "cubbies" visible where I can put small books, cups with pens/pencils, note paper, plants, etc. The quality of the materials is good and was very well packed for shipping and labeled for ease of assembling. My husband spent an hour one afternoon inspecting and laying out all the materials when we unpacked the box, then several hours the next afternoon putting it together and encountered no problems. We love the way it looks on the wall in our guest room and my sister-in-law used it every day for her real estate work when she visited. She loved it so much, she took photos of our Floativa desk and told me "you're going to see one of these when you come visit us"!

Great product that came well packaged. Easy to assemble. Only issue was with the supplied wall fasteners. They did not work in drywall. Luckily, I had some heavy duty wallboard fasteners at home that did the job. Additionally, I didn't like the chrome hardware so, I painted them black for a better look.

Well built and looks good
Shelf arrived quickly and with no damage. All parts were there and assembly and installation were straight forward. It helps if you have someone to hold 1 side. Shelf looks good but I wouldn't say it looks like real wood, which was no surprise. I'm happy with the purchase.

70.86" Claris Floating TV Stand, Walnut
Top piece was warped on the left end making it not square with the shelf flip door. Also, piece 6 and 7 were flipped and not lined up with the build instructions. I wouldn’t recommend this product

Proper Plywood with great instructions!
The fit and finish were excellent, the supplied drywall anchors were some of the best I've ever seen. They even included a little bubble level. Everything just worked and looks great. Please make more things.
