Kate was a great representative! She was patient with me along my journey for flight reservations. She gave me plenty of options, however, the first trip I booked online was nearly have the price I actually paid. The original price round trip was $443 and the total jumped to $899. The online prices were not available the next day. The website was manipulating, but the price was cheaper than other websites.

The first red flag
The first red flag is somehow the tickets that were available for over 5 hours were magically unavailable. Then, a very nice man, with an English accent, tried to upsell me tickets.
I went to the page 2 days later - guess what? The tickets are 'still available' - so I called instead of submitting a payment request. The very sweet sounding foreign lady told me the web page had not been updated and airlines were not providing updates. Then she told me she could sell me 4 tickets for $8k. I couldn't hang up fast enough.
