Fitness Blowout 

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter to notify you that the product I ordered from Fitness Blowout.com was never delivered. I can only assume that company is running some kind of a scam and the fact of the matter is they are hurting all parties doing business with them. We ordered the product on December 15th, 2011. On December 27th, 2011 we received a call from their salesman Myke Andrews saying that they ran of the product we had ordered. He told us they will substitute with one that was immediately available. We were supposed to receive an e-mail to confirm that the product has been shipped to us and an additional phone call to schedule a delivery date. He told us they will expedite the order. After more than a week of waiting for a phone call or an e-mail from them I called. The salesman informed us that they were having technical problems with substitute product and they will send us yet another product. Next day I called wanting to talk to Myke Andrews again to confirm everything but since then nobody answers my phone calls or sends me an e-mail regarding our shipment.
I do not intend to continue paying for something that I did not receive. I am not sure what your relationship to Fitness Blowout.com is but I would ask you to try and get your money back from them. I am aware of the possible damages on my credit and I have full intentions to pursue this matter in court. I would advise you to check the companies you work with like Fitness Blowout.com and not extend any credit to their customers. I had no way of knowing they will go to a third party like you to provide the credit.
I apologize for any inconvenience and again the culprit is no one else but Fitness Blowout.com

After searching for about 2 weeks, I finally found the perfect treadmill at Fitness Blowout. I compared prices on about 10 different sites and could not beat the deals on the Free Motion USA 7. The touch screen is amazing and the Google map feature is impressive. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my product and the incredible customer support. Recommend buy!!!! Transformation here I come :).

Re Fitness Blowout: I have exhausted my avenues to get the attention of Fitness Blowout! They delivered a damaged elliptical machine to my house and it has been a months of waiting for replacement parts and i am getting nothing, NOTHING in the way of communication from you guys - I am totally left hanging with an expensive piece of broken equipment in my garage for over a month and nowhere to turn, I have waited on their customer service line for an hour 3 times and never can last long enough to get a voice. Fitness Blowout takes talking very seriously but it stops there! Saying you care and are committed about service is the easy part, actually delivering on that is where you blowout!! Also, don't get me started on the "white glove" deliver service they sold me, the only white part of the service was the color of my gloves before I had to step-in and help the delivery guys out. Would be nice if they would refund that part of my experience. These delivery guys were total rookies, never delivered an elliptical before and said they needed some "big guys" to get the job done. Do you have any delivery folks who have actually delivered fitness equipment before or do you stop caring after the "white glove" service appears on the order?? Invoice 109966, order date 8/19/2011
