They always seem to figure it out, the State St branch is not as good as the Keizer Branch. State St is more stuffed shirt kind of attitude and just not as welcoming as the Keizer Branch.

The best thing today was, but Jordan warm transferred me to Jessie, Jessie was able to offer me a product no one has ever offered me. I am very happy with this branch. Jessie was able to help me get a higher interest on my savings.

The people at your Salem and Keizer Branches are very helpful. They have always done a good job for me. My only complaint is why you quit granting new members online banking bill pay service. I brought my moms relationship over from Wells Fargo only to find out the bill pay feature was no longer offered so I had to close the new checking account and mover it back to Wells Fargo. I would recommend you consider bringing it back as a large group of your member base love this service and rely on it.

we were on time and Banker waiting . She aways has a calm attitude and was transparent with all her questions and we could speak our concerns and she listened. It was a bit complicated business we requested be recorded by the bank for estate purposes. Appt. prob. fit in the 30 min. time slot and we were done with some more info for banker provided by call contact by us for the banker. It was done and we had copies of the documents for which I was so relieved to have accomplished. First Tech Bankers at my local Branch are personable , know their customers by name and are just there to "get it done" for you or explain or answer questions when I find them in my online banking also
