When I arrived at the CU I had just discovered that my bank accounts had been hacked into. I was very rattled and filled with anxiety and fear. I met with Lev Silberstein, sharing with him my situation and my fears. Lev was very calming and patient and a good listener. He was very helpful getting my accounts in order and secure, and he was reassuring as he walked through next steps with me. He explained things well and patiently answered all my many questions. Thanks to Lev, I left the credit union feeling grateful, calm and confident and with a solid plan moving forward! I would feel confident and grateful to work with Lev for any of my future concerns or account needs! Thank you Lev!

I easily scheduled an appointment online, and then I quickly received a follow-up call to clarify my needs and timeline. The representative I spoke with, both on the phone and at the branch, was Kyle Morris. He was personable, knowledgeable, and professional.
