Excellent lamp, easy to install.
I ordered a touch lamp for my bedside, to replace one I had bought from another supplier, which turned out to be a disaster. First Choice Lighting should have been my first choice! A phone call confirmed that the lamp was not "self-assembly" as the previous one had been (which I totally failed to assemble and had to return), and also confirmed the correct LED bulb I would need; so I ordered a lamp and three bulbs. After a week I had not received them, and was unhappy. But another phone call quickly revealed there had been a problem at the warehouse, and the very helpful lady on the phone promised the lamp would be delivered the next day. This promise was kept, and I am delighted with my new lamp. It is very easy to assemble (only the shade and bulb had to be screwed on the chrome lamp) and I am delighted with it.
The moral is that from now, First Choice Lighting will always be my first choice.

Poor better after advice
This uplighter is absolutely useless,hardly any light reaching less than 6 inches,no use at all.
Actually reply correct,I presumed maximum bulb had been supplied when stronger bulb used much improved,

The issue you are describing sounds like possibly a bulb issue rather than a fitting. Often it is the bulb that dictates the brightness.
We do ask that any product concerns or issues are raised with us via our customer service email so that we can resolve.

As discussed on the phone the courier let us down by delivering the original parcel to the wrong address and were unable to retrieve it.
Unfortunately, we were then out of stock and unable to send a replacement.

I am very happy with the two lamps that I ordered. I was kept up to date with the delivery status and the parcels arrived when expected. The lamps were very carefully wrapped up and the shades were boxed separately. I would definitely recommend First Choice Lighting for quality service.

Excellent customer service
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size of light shade. First Choice provided excellent customer service. They were happy for me to return it, so I sent the wrong one back and ordered the correct size. Delivery was very fast. And - to my great surprise - the refund came through very quickly (many companies take an age to issue refunds). The light shade is great - and a brilliant price, too.
