A very thorough assessment
It was a very thorough assessment for which I was totally unprepared. I should have brought with me a number of documents, none of which I had been asked to bring. I am unsure if this was the fault of your company, or my colleague who set up the appointment.

Thank you for the review. We do send out a pre visit questionaire with the booking confirmation. If this is completed it will generate a list of documents, which is then emailed to you to advise what information our assessor will need to see on the day. This is so that the report has the most accurate information regarding the servicing dates. If you didn't have them on the day, we are happy for you to send copies into our office & we will ensure this information is in your report. Very Prompt and Professional
Having needed a FRA on short notice, they were able to get me an appointment very quickly and quoted an amount that was suitable for us and not too pricey compared to other companies. The officer who carried out the test was extremely professional and thoroughly explained the entire process as this was the first time I carried out something like this. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for any FRAs for any type of property/business.
