I have just had the pleasure of buying a ford Kuga from Fieldway motors, and I have to say It was a complete pleasure from start to finish, Ali couldn't of been helpful, I'm so pleased with my new car and I wish Fieldway all the sussess in the future.

I traveled from South Wales to Gerrard's Cross in December to view and buy a Kia e niro.
The staff at the dealership were helpful and friendly and I didn't feel under any pressure. I went for a good test drive in the car, accompanied by the salesman, and they were happy to demonstrate the functions of the car and for me to test out the charging at a public charger.
I'm very happy with the car - it has been great so far.

I was pleasantly surprised. Very friendly, approachable and patient attitude. Especially when I said I was unsure of what to buy. Had the choice of buying from 2 different dealers but chose to buy from FWM due to their friendliness. And what a lovely car it is! Thanks guys x

Very poor customer service… our booked time slot was moved twice and the employees were still late. When they did arrive they were very rude, no interaction with us, just evil stares. When I attempted to speak to them I was ignored completely. This company is setup in what looks like an abandoned barn in the middle of a dodgy farm. We turned around and went straight back home! Please don’t waste your time with this dealer, there’s no signage up, no customer service, just a bunch of cars parked up in an old, run down barn.

Bought a Cat S 2024 low mileage car last week, the dealer was excellent, sent me images and video showing damage and repairs all to a good standard. Price was great even considering the Cat S, the lads were helpful throughout, and we did almost 600 miles round trip to collect it, so I wanted to be sure. Turns out the car is spot on, the dealer was totally honest and up front in response to everything I asked, and we are more than happy with the car. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again despite the distance from where I live 👍

Car was a great price, friendly and easy people to deal with.

Car was as described apart from a slight dent in the door where someone had opened the door on it, but its barely noticeable.

We travelled 5 hours to purchase it and my husband was met at the train station.

THE WORST CAR DEALER ON EARTH

How I wish I never met this company! If I could rate them - 5 I would. I thought they were reputable and respectable! How wrong I was…

The day after the delivery I had to make an emergency stop to Halford and the mechanic was in shock literally. Reporting from Halford is clear. Tyres ripped open on the inside / air leaning very badly / need urgently replacement / very dangerous to drive
What the law says….
In UK, a car dealer can lose his license for that. Selling a car with tyres in bad condition exposes a dealer to significant legal risks, substantial fines, reputational damage, and potential civil lawsuits in the UK.

I purchased a car online and the day of the delivery my husband asked why the seller did not provide papers and full history docs as they said over the phone. The seller replied they had all digitalised. We spent a week to beg them and we only received a single bill useless. LIAR
My husband asked about the tyres and the seller firmly said that the 4 tyres were in good condition…LIAR AGAIN

In UK, a car dealer can lose his license for that.
Field way motors never apologised and as a goodwill gesture they offered 50 pounds I spent £600 to replace the 4 tyres.
What a nice commercial gesture
They never replied to emails or messages
Probably busy to sell cars
If you meet Fieldway, RUN !!!
