This company is either an all-out fraud or grossly incompetant. I ordered two hats from them via their web page. The order processed as expected but the charge showed up on my card with an extra $5.95 added-- no explanation. I contacted their CS account and after a few days was told it was a mistake and they would refund the overcharge, no other explanation. Now SIX WEEKS later I still have not received the hats, but I did get a few emails with shipping updates...saying the package was in Sweden, then eventually in the US, then moving around a few times, and then nothing for the past week. Seems like it's entirely a scam. Avoid them! I will be initiating a chargeback on my credit card now after two months of nothing from this company.

Never did receive any package,their fake tracking info just stopped updating. Zero response from their CS address so I did a charge back on my card. Company is a scam.

If I could give a 0, I would. My 1st order never came. I went to the post office & it was delivered to a different address according to the shipping label they had, but would not show me. Then I ordered again, they sent 4 shirts that were nothing like what I ordered. Then they finally agreed to ship the right stuff & sent a crappy cap that was not what I ordered. This is truly an awful company. The only good thing I will say is they are surprisingly responsive via email. Never ever again.

I knew it was coming from a long distance so the fact that it took a few weeks was no problem. The cap itself is terrific! All of my friends want one!!

I ordered 2 shirts on April 4, 2025. Delivery wasn't to occur until May 7th. May 7 came and went. Now it is June 27 and I still have not received the product. I have been in touch with customer service and they keep advising me to check tracking. I have done that a zillion times and it says delivered but NO PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED! I am angry at the company and myself for ordering from a sham of a website. Stay away from this site.

I wish I had read reviews before buying the shirt I wanted. They overcharged my card in 2 charges, totaling $5 more than my receipt showed. I immediately emailed and requested for the funds to be returned.
Also their website said they are California based, web ad said “made/shipped from Kentucky” but according to the tracker, my package just left the sorting center in Italy.

They said this shirt was made in kentucky, which is in the u.S a. I got a notice yesterday saying that my shirt was in transit from italy. I emailed the customer support and said, how can this be possible. Their response was that they had warehouses everywhere, and they shipped from the the warehouse closest to me (I am in the USA) that had stock and not to worry about it. The ad flat out lied to me about where that shirt was made.

Total scam company. After ordering ($86) they sent tracking info showing my items were shipping from Hungary. Updates about every 3 days. After about a month the tracking info suddenly showed arrival in the US but from China. Okay. Their updates slowed down to about once a week and then stopped. When I contacted them after 48 days, they gave me several different excuses and continued to tell me to go to the link for tracking. That website showed my package had reached my state (CA) but was 250 miles away and that it was ‘returned to sender due to insufficient address’. Again, I contacted them. Now they blamed the postal service and government tariffs and said even though it said returned it would not be returned to them. Finally I asked for a refund and they offered half of what I paid. Said they were out the product and the shipping costs to which I replied ‘Yeah, so am I”
At this point I agreed to a half refund but have not seen it yet. It’s been 58 days since I ordered.

This company is a fraud, and PayPal helps them steal from people. They provided initial tracking information for my order from Sweden, and it stalled after supposedly entering the US. After more than a month went by with no delivery, I messaged them, and they responded by providing completely different tracking information from China! Neither tracking number appeared to be valid through any US delivery service. Then on May 7th, they messaged me saying the parcel had been delivered back on April 21st. Obviously it had not. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they refused to provide a refund because the fake tracking information, which they apparently didn't bother to investigate in any way, said the parcel was delivered. Just another case of AI bots helping scammers steal from everyone. Disgusting.

Absolute scam. Stay away. Ordered a t-shirt and a sweatshirt. Shipping time was around a month which I expected buying fro a shop in China. Both items were comically undersized. I always order two sizes too big when I’m ordering from a Chese discount website. These were almost child sized, how small they were. And the printing is cheap. Not vibrant at all like their ads.

I went back and forth with their customer service and eventually just disputed the charge with my credit card company. I won.

**During the dispute period while sending documentation, I discovered that even though my receipt said $52.09, they actually charged me $65.11. I hadn’t even noticed because they show up on your credit card statement as *UBERTECXT98. I figured my wife bought something from somewhere.

So scammy and fraudulent and thieves. Stay away.

I ordered a couple of baseball caps and T-shirts to show support for Ukraine. The quality is absolutely dismal. Ukraine's colors are a very distinct blue and yellow, their printing process is so cheap that those colors bleed into one another. Absolutely terrible, I will be donating these to a homeless shelter!

I placed an order online on 3/31/25 and now it's 4/24/25 and my package is "Still in transit". It's never taken this long to receive any other package when I've ordered from other companies. I just started looking up this company and I see this is not the first complaint. I wish I had looked them up before I chose to order. Last time I ever do that again!

Do not use this company. Everything that I ordered there was cheap and doesn’t fit even though I bought a size up. Tried to request customer service, and that was a joke. Shop somewhere else

Took a month and half to get my shirts. Quality is dismal at best.The design is heavy, scratchy and like a giant piece of vinyl I ironed on at home. I thought washing would help but just made the design turn into a giant hard wrinkle. Also, one of the shirts, after a first wash is starting to come off. Also the t shirt says dry clean only 🤣🤣 like I'm going to dry clean a t shirt 🤦 Drop ship company AVOID AVOID AVOID

Really a 3.75...Took over a month to receive our items, and I was convinced we'd been scammed from the sketchy shipping notices, but the 2 shirts and socks arrived! The shirts were great--socks were cheap quality but fun print.

Order placed 3/03 and still not received on 4/03. Of course I don't want this anymore but no way to contact or credit. Order said deliver one week from USA, but turns out shipping from Belgium. If I knew that I never would have ordered.
Consider this a Scam.

I made a purchase thru their website and authorized a $75 charge using PayPal. My PayPal account was charged $90. I might not have noticed except the quality of the sweatshirt I ordered was terrible and 1 Tshirt never arrived. I paid $15 extra for “fast” shipping but they sent the same as they send everything. It took 1 month to arrive. Despite the website saying easy returns they refused to exchange or return the sweatshirt or compensate me for the shirt that never arrived. After 20 emails with their customer service and threatening to report them to the attorney general they refunded the fraudulent $15 PayPal overcharge and refunded $20 of the sweatshirt that is unwearable as it is 2” smaller than the size chart indicates. This still isn’t adequate but I’m tired of fighting. My reviews on their website keep being removed. Beware of this site.

awful. Fake shipping from Spain until you email them asking why its taking so long... then they send you the real China tracking. Quality of the shirts are absolute garbage... they're offering me a $9 refund on $80 order.... I was also charged $96 on Paypal even though my order confirmation says $80. So shady and now taking it up with paypal

Festival houses sent my package to wrong address so I never received my merchandise. They have given me the run around for over a week and only solution they offer is to refund purchase minus shipping and handling. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. Never again. They are not customer friendly at all

They won't take returns
The product is absolute garbage - cheap fabric, cheaply made in China. I am trying to return the shirts, unopened and in perfect condition, and they will not take them back and offer a fraction of the cost as a refund, despite my meeting the criteria in their "refund policy." DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Ordered in plenty of time to receive before St. Patrick's Day. Today is 3/22/2025 and still have not received! If I had known they were shipping from China I would not have purchased from them! Website said it would ship from the US! Tracking said it was delivered to me 3/19/25 and it wasn't. I feel ripped off and pissed. Asked for a refund and am still waiting for a reply. Don't buy from them!
