Ferodo Racing pads DS3.12
For my Audi TT I bought front braking pads model DS 3.12 that Ferodo Racing sells as "Longest pad life of Ferodo Racing range under heavy duty track use" according to their website.
I used my TT for 2 trackdays, model TFSI 200 with only semislick tyres and more rigid coil over and the Ferodo 3.12 pad compound literally detached from the iron of the pad with potential high security issues.
I asked the vendor Kaburta Motorsport the reason of this dangerous issue but the answer was the Ferodo DS3.12 could not resist the track stress that Ferodo said the DS3.12 are projected for.
On the same car and tracks I used Endless pads and this high danger problems did not occured.
