Having tried many mattresses in multiple shops, the salesperson in Feather and Black asked us what we were looking for...and pointed us straight to the mattress we eventually bought. We had discounted Harrison & Spinks having tried many variants, but her recommendation was very comfortable. Shorter delivery than we expected, comfort guarantee and 0% finance...what's not to like?

I can’t fault this company; from the time I placed my order, communication was excellent. I was kept up to date with my delivery and the delivery team were polite and courteous. Well deserving of 5 stars

Prompt service. Lovely item

We bought the spring mattress topper for £1,099 after falling in love in store. Unfortunately, even though it’s coming up to 30d it feels like nothing like the one in store and leaving me and partner with back aches in the morning. Unfortunately F&B policy is exchange only. Due to the cost of this mattress topper, we are unable to exchange unless we go for a mattress and then pay an additional £1000+ for the price difference. We feel dupped and now lumped with a very expensive topper that is uncomfortable. It’s a shame such an expensive company does not back its product and allow refunds in cases of not being a good fit, would have kept us as a customer if so. Will be exploring new mattress elsewhere now.

Friendly, helpful staff

I am delighted with the customer service I received when enquiring about The Salcombe range of bedroom furniture. The Wednesbury manager , Naz, answered the phone and was friendly, helpful and took time to answer all my questions. He really is a credit to your company and I can’t praise him enough.I am now very much looking forward to the delivery of my bed and two dressers. Thank you so much!

Great experience

Showroom was really welcoming. Easy to order and good choice of delivery slots. The bed size we wanted was out of stock so we ordered a smaller one, however it came back into stock before delivery so we were able to change it and keep original delivery date. The delivery guys were great too, took the bed to our room of choice and assembled. They left everything tidy and were respectful of our home. The bed is beautiful too, really great quality. We’re so impressed with the bed and the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Feather and Black.

It has a nice design and my partner really likes it. The neutral shade works well with the room. The staff were very helpful and took the time to clear our doubts about the mattress dimensions required for the bed we selected.

First I like to say the delivery team were brilliant. I bought the Charlotte button bed which looks very beautiful, what I didn’t realise was the impact of having a sprung slat base. You feel even tiny movements from your partner ripple through the bed. My Emma mattress was perfect on my previous fixed slat bed but now I find myself aching in the morning, with back and hip pain. I will be hunting for a solution to fix/change the slats to stop the movement and provide better support. Again the delivery was smooth and the 2 man team put the bed together quickly and with care.
