Stunning bed and absolutely perfect for our 1940’s vibe bedroom. Arrived beautifully packaged and very easy to put together.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received from Gizem. We visited several stores from the same chain before, and unfortunately, our experience was consistently disappointing—staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and quick to say that things “couldn’t be done.”

It’s a shame the delivery people didn’t do what it says in this email ,
Door step only delivery they said and left it inside back door , we had to get next door neighbour to help get it upstairs as I’m disabled,
not very good delivery service at all .And spoke to a lad in customer services after a 20min wait ,just to be basically told I’m a liar and couldn’t do anything to help, total waste of time him been on customer services he was the most unhelpful customer services agent I have ever dealt with

The delivery team were brilliant. Very professional, friendly and efficient. They handled everything with care and made the whole process effortless.

Great product, even better service.

They kept us updated on delivery times. Delivery people were very good in taking away the old mattress and unwrapping the new one carefully. A bag for the old mattress didn't arrive until afterwards but the delivery men wrapped the old one in the wrapping for the new one and taped it all up securely. Very efficient.

The two delivery drivers were excellent! They unpacked, assembled the bed, and took the rubbish away. Extremely polite and conscientious about covering their shoes to protect my carpet, and very careful when moving the bed upstairs. They phoned to say they were on their way and gave a 15 minute update before they got to us. Thank you.

The Delivery team were helpful, wore Overshoes the guys Adien, Stuart, Tod were friendly and took the items to the Bedroom, they kept me informed on route and were perfectly on time.

A problem occurred on the morning of delivery, but this was resolved quickly an effectively by customer services and the delivery drivers. They did what was necessary to ensure a happy customer.

A welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Staff knowledgeable but not pushy. Gave us space and time to consider our selection. Explained the difference between different make ups of the mattress. An easy and efficient order process.

Excellent service and advice from Jasmine when choosing our new bedstead. This is the third bed we have purchased from feather & Black as we like the designs and the quality of materials. 4 stars given as some items I was interested were not in stock.
