For vulnerable fathers everywhere be very very careful of this clown outfit - the chapp fought to get to see his child and the rest of us are now mugs.
I kid you not they took my money the highest available donation, as you can imagine the depression of not seeing the kids mean you have down days - anyway, I ask for a call to discuss the case and they say not yet, a few months pass and they say my case is closed as I did not answer one email..because I Did not answer one email when traumatised they closed my case and kept all my money - we had not had one call by this time. This place is purely for theft of vulnerable peoples money - Three years on and I still have not heard or seen from my kids but am poorer due to these so called helpful group.... be very very careful

Unexpectedly poor. I'm leaving this review as other fathers under emotional stress might make the same mistake of engaging with this organization for advice. I'd say they're on par with Ryanair - make of it what you will.

Wrong information given. Booked a telephone call and was given the wrong information, nearly an hour wasted. Was told to complete the C100 form online, this is only for England and Wales, I live in Scotland Everything I was told in that conversation was irrelevant, a waste of time and money. Still haven't responded to my email telling them I want a refund!!

Awful experience - first appointment they failed to turn up to telephone call. took me days to find out person was off sick. finally had a 35 min call and very productive.

Decided to go to next stage with them and provided all details that i could, was told it would take 3 weeks to complete forms. After 3 weeks i sent a polite chaser and was told i didnt reply to an email so nothing had been done, i pointed out that in the email chain they could see id replied to everything. Next email was that they decided i wasnt happy and they would not be helping, another 3 1/2 weeks later i get a refund of my stage 2 money. "Liz" has no customer service skills and should look at they way she corresponds with people.

I’d honestly give these scammers no stars, absolute scam, please please do not waste your money, speak to a real legal family law solicitors. I paid out a lot of money in my desperate stages to them and they sent me an email with incredibly terrible advice that made me look like a fool in front of the court, they wouldn’t reply to me before or after my court date, shocking treatment from them.
Thankfully I went to an excellent solicitors that had Experience in family law.
Keep Well Away from these horrible horrible people.

Would give this zero stars if I could. Non existent customer service and they do not reply to emails other than an automated response. No office telephone number to enquire about their ambiguous fees. Greed should be in their statement of purpose. Percieve that they will only talk to a client for £195 as been trying to speak to them for a while without success. Publicity is for marketing purposes only. Don't waste your time with this awful company

This organisation appears to prey on vulnerable fathers seeking justice for their children - please check out the other Trust pilot reviews etc.. for this organisation. Where are fathers' hard earnt funds being spent?

They gave me and my partner hope, took our money and we heard nothing more. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL AND READ THE ONLINE FORUMS ABOUT THEM... Find out more about this Company and its Directors and affiliated companies @ Companies House Gov.uk

I would put Zero stars but can't. They gave my partner so much hope that he will see his daughter that he hasn't seen for 8 months and charged him 1k and then asked for a further 1.4k but then decided that their friend/colleague passing away meant that my partner was not worth supporting. They didn't give a chance for my partner explain the problem, they just assumed everything. They gave the worst advice ever! They've lost the reason why they started the company and it disgusts me!!! Don't bother at all. You will hear what you think you want to hear and then you're left with your own misery and no money!

Exceptionally poor service. They just rush to get your money (but they make it clear there are no refunds)! They actually do NOTHING! They put you together with a McKenzie friend - who can observe in court but not talk (the best they can do is send you a text message). The McKenzie friend geneally has no legal qualifications so the advice you get is 'iffy' - even if you are lucky. I was told my case was easy - the ex had drafted a very poor argument - then we went to court and they decided it was now difficult. "Please send an additional £2,400!!" If not done virtually immediately, it becomes 'we are very busy - your case is closed' and they just leave you high and dry! Avoid F4J at all costs.
