Ordered 2 asics sets late August once arrived a few days later only 1 set tuned up which was wrong sizes together constantly kept telling me to wait for reply’s otherwise I would keep going further down the list of priorities to sort out, said he sent the other stuff off and never arrived then had to wait over a month of him saying I’ll sort it Monday for him to actually sort it out and once I recived the parcel was missing another item

Took 4 weeks to send out order then apparently it gets lost by dpd , ask for a refund and it doesn’t happen just constant lies and has the cheek to call me and give abuse down the phone when I had to go through my bank to do a chargeback 🤣🤣🤣 shocking company if you can even call it that do yourself a favour and don’t give this tit your money

Awful awful awful experience. Waiting for over a month for a set to be sent out. Sent a tshirt with no shorts. Then 2 weeks later after chasing sent a pair of shorts. (Wrong shorts and wrong size) I had to pay for the return when it was there mistake. They still haven’t sent the correct shorts just getting constant attitude over it aswell. Would never ever ever ever order from here again. Disgraceful avoid at all costs.

They came quite quick and unfortunately the trainers I ordered where a little bit too big, so I messaged the instagram page and the response was within 30 minutes and was really helpful explaining the process of sending them back for the bigger size.
