Pay is not enough
The salary offered by the company is in no way enough to compensate for the amount of workload and pressure that employees have to face every workday. The upper management seems to be maximizing their profits and not investing in the company itself. Employees are grossly underpaid and do not receive a single training. Also, most of the equipment in the workplace is outdated, and many of them are dysfunctional and need extra maintenance to work, which is more costly for the company in the long run.
