I've been a client for several years now. I had a 5ml package booked for December last year with Federica, but upon arrival she immediately spotted the filler in my lower face was moving when I talked. She's asked if I recently had lost weight as I did quite a significant amount she's discussed the implications of it on filler and we've decided to dissolve first. I had two sessions in December and them re-filled session with Bae, who did a beautiful job of rebalancing my features and placing the filler where it should sit. I then noticed some unevenness when filler settled, so after messaging the clinic I was booked for some tweaks in January with Federica again and she's recommended some Botox to treat the chin dimpling and we've added a lemon bottle to the chin area to dissolve some fat tissue. I've also had another session of my usual Botox treatment. I've now had my top ups and my face settled nicely and it looks natural and like me.
The ladies in the clinic never pressure any treatments, they are always brilliant with advice and I never had any issues. I've had treatments with Bae, Federica and Julia and all three are fantastic. I'm in my 40's, so I'm conscious of my aging process, but still want to look natural and refreshed and this is the only place I'd go for my treatments. Always outstanding. Thank you, Lili <3

I’ve been seeing Olivia for several months now for laser hair removal, and let me just say—she is an absolute gem. From the moment I stepped into her treatment room, she made me feel completely at ease… which is saying something when you’re baring your soul and your skin.

Olivia is not only incredibly professional and skilled at what she does, but she’s also genuinely lovely to talk to. The entire process—something that could easily feel clinical or awkward—is turned into a relaxing, even empowering experience in her hands. Her warmth, attention to detail, and calming presence make each session feel more like self-care than a treatment.

It’s rare to find someone who can make you laugh, feel safe, and walk out smoother and more confident than when you came in. Olivia does that effortlessly. I couldn’t recommend her more.

I’m on my 3rd or 4th session of laser hair removal with Olivia and have received consistently good quality of service! Always making sure I am comfortable, always on time and adjusting to suit my needs. The iced nozzle on the machine makes the experience much more comfortable as it soothes, and am noticing results with each session.

Has laser treatment for spider veins.
Olivia the laser technician was brilliant. Very warm, welcoming,professional and informative. She even checked in after to make sure all was well.

I booked in for 1.1ml of lip filler but wasn’t sure about how much I needed as my issue is with symmetry of the lips so when I spoke to Federica she explained everything properly and we decided on 0.5ml to sort out the symmetry first. So happy with the results and I love the fact that Federica was honest and said for my issue I wouldn’t need the full 1.1ml. Will be booking in again soon for a cheeky bit of Botox and will definitely book in with Federica as she is amazing !

I had cheek filler and polynucleotide treatment for undereye dark circles done today by Federica, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My cheeks look beautifully sculpted — the definition is subtle yet stunning .. exactly what I was hoping for. As for the undereye treatment, I’m so excited to see the results unfold over the next few weeks and I have 2 more polynucleotide treatments to do for the maximal results.

What truly made the experience exceptional was Federica herself. She was incredibly gentle, caring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I didn’t feel any pain at all, which honestly surprised me — it’s a testament to how skilled and thoughtful she is. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for natural, elegant results with a soft touch!

I came in for Strawberry Laser Lipo for my face and neck and instantly my skin felt tighter compared to using the lemon bottle treatment. Laser lipo is the perfect treatment for getting fid of any stubborm face. Cant wait to return for my second session. All staff are so friendly and make the experience 10/10.
