AMAZING Customer Service
I recently stumbled across the new EZ Living store in Malahide Road while on my way to the Swords branch, and I was genuinely amazed by how beautiful the store looked. The fit-out is absolutely amazing.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a wonderful member of staff named Orlaith. Her customer service was exceptional. She was professional, friendly, attentive and a true people person. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed, discussed the various options available and clearly explained everything regarding delivery and collection.
I went away to consider my options and returned on two separate occasions, but unfortunately Orlaith was first on her day off and then on annual leave. Because she had made such a positive impression, I decided to wait until she returned before making my purchase. I later went back and bought my new dining chairs directly from her.
I made this purchase because of Orlaith and the outstanding way she dealt with me. She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and extremely efficient throughout the entire experience. She is a wonderful representative of the company and a genuine asset to the Malahide Road store.
I would like to thank Orlaith sincerely for providing such an excellent customer experience. I wish her every success in a role she is clearly incredible at fulfilling.
