The main issue I had was that I went to…
The main issue I had was that I went to buy a small bookcase. I assumed something that small would be able to be picked up in the shop, but I had to wait until Tuesday. From going into the shop on Sunday, small items like small bookshelves should be able to be bought in the shop, as opposed to waiting to get in the warehouse.
I was also looking for a small bathroom unit, which I then ordered online. I went in to get two units, and I came out with nothing. The bathroom unit will be delivered in two weeks, which, for such a small unit, isn't great!

Our stores don’t have the warehouse space to hold furniture stock on site, so furniture is stored at our warehouse and arranged for collection or delivery from there. We only offer furniture collections from our Galway depot not out Galway store.
I completely understand that waiting for a small bookcase or bathroom unit may not be what you expected, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We really appreciate you sharing your feedback, as it helps us explain and improve the customer experience.

I ordered online and I got an acknowledgement email stating the days and times my order could be collected.
I misread the date of collection. I arrived a week early..the lovely young man at reception checked out the details and asked me to wait a few minutes. He arrived back with my order and loaded it in to my car. I really appreciated his customer service, nothing was too much trouble. He saved me another round trip of 60km by being so obliging. I will certainly shop and recommend EZLiving going forward.
