The frameworks he walked us through (SQAF, compelling events, the Assessment-Relevance-Value triangle) were immediately actionable. He made complex financial concepts like TCO modeling and cost optimization approachable without oversimplifying them. You could tell he's been in the room with customers having these exact conversations, which made the content credible and easy to internalize. Excellent instruction.
