Then you email them and there response is you can't claim just yet because cooling off period with your device so left it 2 months and tried again and boom you can't have it now due to not claiming in time, they suck you in get this phone you get this free tablet I thought ye that be good and never happened

Got a new phone contract for my wife as a gift, and unexpectedly was also eligible for an Honor 'Gift Bundle', which I was over the moon about, as it was a smartwatch, earbuds and Bluetooth speaker, which would all come in handy. I had to wait until I'd had the contract for a month before I could validate the offer (standard procedure to avoid people returning the phone) and once I had typed in the IMEI and mobile network, the offer went through and I received a receipt.
Unfortunately, there was a slight snag; the phone I had ordered was out of stock for several weeks, which therefore made me ineligible for the offer on a technicality. I had correspondence via email with a lovely person called Jamie, who understood completely, and when I sent them the email regarding the contract start date, they contacted Honor directly, and got it reinstated. This level of customer service is unheard of these days, so I'm very happy to recommend them. Thank you!

Tried to Claim a gift with my phone then kept saying i had to wait because it's a cool off period but eventually I didn't get the gift, false advertisements this company to be aware.

A joke of a company, advertised a promotion and then say not eligible as promotion has finished, well stop advertising it then !!!!avoid them because all you will get is a pack of lies , shame you can't give zero stars.

They shut down end users cloud antivirus
They refused to send paper invoices I get lots of emails so invoices can be missed. My end user often paid late for cloud antivirus this cost less than £5 per month the sales director refused to write they shut down the service without given correct notice I have been dealing with them since 2006 now 2025 this is 19 years and this is how my company is treated On top of this they have invoiced my today for a service they stopped in March this is fraud.

Ordered an item through xertis
Ordered an item through xertis been over 5 days for delivery ... still waiting for the item horrific when website states upto 3 working days. Not happy with the service they took forever to prepare the package got to wait for DHL now. Cancelling the item as ordered elsewhere yesterday and it's arrived.

It may be Friday the 13th but my experience today with assistance in claiming the redemption gift after many failed attempts on the Honour website was first class.

I don't normally do reviews, however after having difficulty claiming on an offer for headphones with a recently purchased phone I found EE and Honor were not very helpful, however as soon as I got directed to Exertis I have been dealing direct with an extremely helpful young man (I don't want to leave names) who has given an exemplary example of how customer service should be done. A fabulous result for the company who I hope value this employee as he is excellent.

Having made an order, I had some significant delivery issues with DHL. I contacted the customer service team and ended up speaking to Marlon who was extremely helpful with locating the parcel and ensuring I was able to collect it. Was excellent service from Marlon.

Purchased xbox package including 24 months ultimate pass. In light of the recent price increase the bundle was very good value for money.
I ran into a problem when validating the pass, contacted the customer service team who resolved within 24 hours.
Really good communication and customer service from Jamie who sent clear instructions on how to solve.
I rarely can be bothered to write surveys/reviews but this definitely warranted the time and recognition.
