Our driver Mohammad was prompt and available the moment we stepped out of the hotel lobby. He was friendly, gracious and helped with our luggage at the hotel and again at the airport. The Mercedes Benz Metris was spacious, clean and offered a smooth ride, even with the distance and traffic. The ExecuCar service helped to minimize the stress of traveling. Excellent experience! I used this company to book a ride to and from the airport for spring break for my kids and I. It was a week-long trip, we had a lot of luggage, and our flights were both either very early in the AM or late at night, so I didn't want to worry about trying to find an Uber. Big mistake. The ride TO the airport was fine. But our ride home from the airport (at midnight) got cancelled DURING OUR FLIGHT HOME. Even though the company texted me the day before to confirm that our ride was all arranged, I landed to find an email from them saying that our ride was cancelled. My kids and I were stranded at the airport at midnight with all our luggage, after a very long day of traveling. I will never use this company again. Avoid them at all costs.

We apologize for the inconvenience and understand that you are arriving soon. Like others I failed to check reviews in advance as I needed a ride from the airport.. should have just used ride share. Paid extra for a more expensive service than what was provided - my confirmation made it seem something equivalent to an Escalade would be my transport but instead it was just the bog standard zTrip minivan. The guy didn't even get the same instructions as me and was unaware of where he was supposed to be picking me up. Was forced to pay 18% gratuity at the more expensive rate than a standard zTrip van. Literal scam / bait & switch.
