I ordered some replacement parts for my watch after seeing the company's listings on ebay. Ordering on the ewatchparts.com site was a breeze and the parts arrived within days and were high quality. I would definitely buy again from ewatchparts in the future.

Very fast processing and shipping!

I purchased a bronze buckle for a watch that had already developed natural patina. When I received it I thought the buckle looked more like brass than bronze, but chalked up the difference to the various combinations of additives used in addition to copper and tin. I attempted to accelerate the patina using 3 different methods: exposure to salt water, hard boiled eggs in a plastic bag, and exposure to vinegar vapor. No patina developed at all, which reinforces my suspicion that the buckle is not made of bronze. Very disappointed with the >$20 purchase!
I suggest that you change the item description from "bronze" to "bronze color" to prevent others from thinking they are purchasing a true bronze buckle.

I wasn’t sure about the reference number for my Panerai as it is 21 years old now. The folks at E watch parts were great at helping me figure it out.

Purchased 3 x 18238 Gold links, part of the package as advertised was to include 2x Spring Bars
I requested the 2x missing Spring Bars as they were not included when package arrived
Was notified by Gerard that the advertising was incorrect and the Spring Bars not included
I paid Retail price for Links inclusive of Spring Bars and now have to Buy 2 Spring Bars( False Advertising) at my cost
