Brilliant service from all at eVision. Sourced a Renault Zoe on 2 working days notice, great car, expertly prepared and handed over, and a quick check-in process with a lift to Strood station thrown in to avoid the impending downpour. Will recommend, and definitely use them again.

Second year of booking.

Our date was changed as there was a double-booking which meant we had to cancel and re-book our hotel, and 2 of us had to re-book our time off work. This was 3 days after we'd booked and assumed everything was OK.
We discussed changing the vehicle to a lower spec one as an alternative and if we'd done this we were told we wouldn't have got our refund until after the car was returned. Not a massive issue but seemed a bit unfair when it wasn't our error.
Booking system needs to be updated so that this doesn't happen.
Also now claiming the car was damaged when it was collected, resulting in a reduced deposit. You would have thought that something so important would have been pointed out and discussed but it wasn't. Very annoying. And now I realise why the deposit takes so long to be returned.
If you want to hire a Tesla, there is no alternative, if there was we would be going there instead.
Deposit takes 7-10 days to be refunded which is way too long when a bank transfer can be done in minutes.
Would prefer to see the actual car we're hiring (colour etc).
The car was amazing. Great fun to drive and not so tiring on a long journey.

I was recommended EVision after I needed a Tesla Model X to drive my daughter to her Prom night.

Although the company was based relatively far away from me they meet all my requirements and were much more affordable than bigger named hire companies.

EVision allowed me to move the date of my hire, with no extra admin fees, after the event was postponed due to COVID.

The collection site was well sign posted and I received a warm welcome from all the staff.

The car was ready to go, very clean and I was even given 4 different colour ribbons to decorate the car!

I received an a thorough briefing on the car and a walk round listing any marks.

I left my own EV on site for the 24 hour period and was even offered the opportunity to charge while it was left and I had it cleaned too (for a small charge).

Over all I can not fault EVision. They were friend, professional and went out of their way to help.

I hope I have the need to use them again in the future.

We hired a Tesla long range car for a weeks holiday in Devon and as an extended test drive to help us decide our next family car. We were impressed by the great customer service from EVision and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The booking process was really easy, my questions were answered promptly on email - and when I collected the car, the staff were helpful and friendly.

Truly excellent hire company. I've used their services three times this year to hire various Tesla cars, and will be going back for a fourth soon.

The capability to have the car collected on the weekend puts them above other companies I have used, who only operate that service Monday to Friday. The extra flexibility goes a long way.

The delivery drivers are polite, well informed and thorough with their handover, and I particularly appreciate the call to let you know when they're about 30 minutes away. The other staff I have interacted with handled all my queries professionally and were very helpful.

Got to say the service was fantastic. Very personal , me and my son hired a tesla x for the weekend. The communication was great and the team at Strood were really flexible. We will use again.

I rented a Tesla Model X for a day to take my daughter and her friends to their school prom. The whole booking process was very smooth and responses were very prompt and helpful.
The handover process was very thorough and you feel included unlike a lot of other rental companies! The hand-back process was just as efficient, I had confirmation about my deposit being refunded the same day.
The only suggestion I have is to provide the car fully charged. I lived over 50 miles away and had a busy schedule so ended up having to charge over night to ensure there was enough range to return. Despite this I'm still giving a five star review as overall the service was excellent and professional, I will definitely use them again next time I need to rent an EV.

Della and the team always come back to me super promptly and I always have a last-minute booking! They have gone above and beyond in sorting out an EV and if I want to extend too - so far so good! Will definitely continue to use.

I recently hired a Jaguar I-Pace for the day and found the whole experience with EVision and all their staff exceptional. I will definitely be using them again, and again, and again.

Really easy and friendly company to hire from. Made a booking online which was simple, and had great follow up support via email and phone to finalise things before collection. I hired a Model 3 Long Range and was offered a tour of the car but it wasn't required as I'd test driven one at Tesla a couple of weeks prior.

Yes there's a bit of admin to do before collection but this is the same of any hire company so I think it's unjust to call EVision out on it - it's just the world we live in now.

In short, nothing to fault and I'd definitely hire from them again.

I rented a Tesla Model X 90D in June 2021, and the process all the way from booking the car to dropping it off at the end of the rental was smooth, professional and friendly.

(As another reviewer noted, EVision require proof of ID, address, DVLA check code and suchlike. But that's the same with just about any car rental company. Nothing unusual there. And it took all of 10 minutes to get that information together to email.)

The car was in great condition when I picked it up. As you'd expect with any vehicle rental, I was asked to take a look at the car and make a note of any existing scratches or damage so that I wouldn't be on the hook for them when I returned the car. EVision had already done their inspection, and they were *thorough* about it. Anything they spotted was already listed on the rental form for me, and they had picked up on some seriously tiny issues that I probably wouldn't have spotted myself.

I was given an explanation of all the major car functions: driving, navigating, adjustments, charging and so on. The employee doing the handover was happy to take as much time as neededd.

(Inside the glovebox they had provided additional information that would help anyone new to driving an electric vehicle.)

During the rental, the car was fine. No issues there. The kids especially loved it: after we got it home, my 11-year old (a Tesla fanatic) showed me all of the X's Easter eggs.

Drop-off was easy: the usual checks on the car to make sure I hadn't driven it into a tree, stuff like that. And again, friendly and unhurried. And then a couple of days later I had confirmation that my deposit was being returned.

Highly recommended.

We rented an i3 from EVision as our first foray into the world of EVs. The whole experience has been fantastic; the staff were extremely helpful from Charmaine who handled our initial query to the delivery staff who brought the car to us and picked it up again. The car itself was brilliant and we now officially have the EV 'bug'. We will certainly use EVision again.

hired the Model S for the weekend with my family trip to Manchester really liked the car and journey was enjoyable

I spent a long time looking for somewhere to rent an EV vehicle and I was apprehensive regards doing so for a distant event.
I contacted EVision and came in contact with Charmaine who honestly went above ablnd beyond meeting everyone of my random questions and all the chops and changes to my wants for the vehicle to meet. She made no problem to big with very good advice and fantastic enlightening information meeting my answers and more. I cannot wait to use EVisiin again. Also when dealing with Della via the online chat was so fluid and responsive again meeting and exceeding my expectations.

Good company but too much bureaucracy.
Friendly staff and nice cars.
They want the details of your driving licence, bank statement, Council tax, pay in two weeks forward....too much. They shoud trust loyal customers better.
