Had a home EV charger point fitted by EV Heroes at Chorley. Their customer service from start to finish was exceptional from both Rebecca who advised and organised the installation to Ellis who was the engineer who installed the charger. Their attention to detail was very important as this was my first EV, which meant I was a complete novice.

After being let down by another company, I saw great reviews for Evheroes and decided to purchase my charger through them. Quoted a great price by friendly customer service and an installation date within a week. The electrician that installed my charger was professional in his work and explained everything in detail. I would recommend using evheroes if you require a charger. Thanks

Using EV Heroes was a good experience. Rabecca who answered the phone and took me through my order was excellent both efficient and professional. Ellis who came and fitted the EV was helpful, polite and kept me fully informated when he woiuld arrie, how long the job would take etc he also walked me through the installation, loading the app etc.

Had our charge point fitted last year and received fabulous service from the installer and all staff in the office. Quick, easy process and would highly recommend to anyone.

I enquired for an ev installation in a new house in Q4 and then wanted installation now in Jan 2026 after buying a house for which completion was 20/1. the installation date was 22/1 am. allegedly 8am but non specific. I requested on multiple calls that this should be passed to the EV installation company who are not to be names as we have paid EV heroes. the installer was supposed to call or text or both on the day today. this did not happen. Subsequently EV heroes said later in the morning an engineer would be at the property about 30 minutes late. Following this 20 minutes later the installation company called to say no engineer would be on site. I really pleaded with them pls can they come back later on 22/1. they only offered 23/1 10am which is the move day and I cant be in 2 places at the same time so I requested a later time say pm on 22/1. the answer was no. No real apology or compensation for the issues from ev heroes or the installation company. The installation has now moved to 2/2 which is terrible as I am away from 28/1 and my partner is not back at the property until around 1/2 so we could not agree an earlier date. EV heroes are no heroes. It has been a nightmare from start to finish today. a weak verbal apology and no compensation for the failure to complete the task today and they have been paid in full earlier in Jan 2026. I dont like to be forced to write such a poor review but it reflects what has actually occured.

Sales team very helpful, discovered a minor issue with instalation. Didn't bother bringing this to their attention, drilled right through single skin, brick built garage wall for the entire cable run. Sorted the software problems direct with the charger manufacturer

Fitting etc no problems. The problem starts when I first tried to charge my car (it was brand new at the time 24plate). Every time I tried it would not charge, I phoned up they couldn’t answer why it wasn’t charging and would get back to me. When they got back they said because it’s a new electric car they need to be woken up, so I had to enter 2 start time e.g. 11:30 then 11:34 which worked, but I have to do this every time I want to charge the car. My biggest problem is the app itself layouts not user friendly. There is no or doesn’t seem to be a button where you can press and charge right away no schedule needed. I phoned EV heroes who didn’t have a clue of what to do then transferred me to someone but no one answered. Sorry to be negative but very poor service

EV Heroes and especially Conor that came to our house today was a true professional. He took great care in ensuring the charger was installed with the least amount of internal cable on show as possible and took great care as if it was his own home. He was courteous, polite and tidied up everything before he left. A true credit to EV Heroes! Well done 👏

Very prompt and friendly service. Installed our charger within 2 weeks, they were happy to answer any questions beforehand and helped us to apply for the grant.

Can not recommend this company highly enough, I never normally write reviews however had to as the customer service was arguably the best I’ve ever received.

Call centre , knew there stuff technical and booked an appointment in straight away , prompt responses on WhatsApp when I had few questions pre install . Engineer turn up exactly on time , explained everything workmanship excellent tidy & neat install no rubbish left , gave demo on app.

This company has definitely got it right . Great Ethos running throughout the business Will recommend to everyone I know .

Not the easiest of installs to do due to the size and complexity of the building but install is now in and all working as it should.
Maddison helped to overcome some issues we ran into and accommodated our limited availability to be home at times .

Paul was great! Helpful and efficient - communicated with EV Charger company to get box active and got us set up.

Good quick service for installation.
Unfortunately my charging unit failed on the first usage. I had three further call outs one for assessment and another two for replacement of the unit and then the circuit breaker switch.
I think I was just unlucky but overall a good experience with communication and happy with the unit I selected and the app and advice I received.
